Don Dante Restaurante

I had a very bad stomach due to the altitude sickness and I asked this restaurant if they had something plain they could make me.. they did not disappoint! I had a delicious vegetable soup that they made specifically for me. It was so kind of them - please support this restaurant for their compassion and empathy. They are very lovely people. I cannot thank them enough for helping me .

Great drinks, great food, good prices. We split 3 apps, got 6 mains, everyone got a drink or 2. Our party of 6 ate well and left full for about $30 usd per person.

The quinoa soup was really delicious, as was the house pizza! I would especially recommend trying lomo con pera. You might think it strange to pear steak with pear, but the sweetness of the sauce really balanced with the savory meat so well, and the pears themselves provide a burst of sweetness. I also loved the decor! Only downside was that, when we went, the windows were open (at night) so we had to constantly shoo away flies from our food.

The most friendly staff right in the heart of Ollantaytambo. This was my first taste of cuy and it was a great experience. The flavor was rich with a crisp skin. On the side were fresh steamed vegetables and a tasty spiced stuff pepper.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The staff was kind and attentive and the food was delicious. We had the grilled Alpaca and Creole soup and were blown away by the taste. Highly recommend.

The food here is amazing! We had the alpaca and the criolla soup and both were delicious. I'll be dreaming of the criolla soup for years to come! We sat at one of the balcony tables and had a great view overlooking the lively plaza. The service was also impeccable.

Our G Adventures Inca Trail tour group had dinner here the night before we set out on our trek. The staff was friendly and attentive, despite the fact that our group of 7 was the only occupied table on the second floor. Of course, that made it all the more cozy. My fajitas carne, and especially the guacamole that came with it, were delicious!

We had the alpaca and it was delicious - very tender and flavoursome. We sat on the balcony over the square to take in the atmosphere. Our service was from Dante himself and was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant

My girlfriend and I wanted some Mexican food to change from the Peruvian food. We were not disappointed burritos and fajitas were just perfect and their guacamole so tasty. We recommend that restaurant!

Todo estaba ricisimoooo!! This food was my fave my whole trip in Peru they had EVERYTHING! Amilcar was an amazing host, so thankful! Pisco sours were perfect!! And we tried everything from tequeños to trucha al ajo and Lomo La parrilla. Highly recomendé visiting the balcony and aprovechando the view!

Very delicious meal and great service! If you're looking for something different than the traditional same dishes you will find at all of the restaurants, you will will definitely want to visit this place!
