Hotel Namche

Excellent hotel. All the rooms they have attached a bathroom. This is very important. The food and the service is really good. They really understand the tourist and the different needs. You can notice that the owners also care for their staff and foe the maintenance, so everything work. They will not fail you ij any circumstances.

As far as hotels on the trail to EBC go, this was a pretty good one. Located in a very central area, really close to lots of bars and restaurants, this was a really convenient place to stay. I wouldn't say the accommodations were luxury by any means, but they were clean and comfortable.

The food was pretty decent and respectably priced, and the dining area had some really nice views. You have to pay for wifi here, but it wasn't too expensive and at least they allowed free charging of electronic devices. Showers were damn near impossible to achieve a comfortable water temperature for more than 30 seconds without the water becoming scalding or freezing, but I guess you can't expect that kind of stuff at 3400 meters.

Would certainly recommend this place if you're looking for a good value and balance between price and quality

The best hotel in Namche. I stayed here after a hike to Everest Base Camp and felt very comfortable. There is a hot shower, a comfortable bed and very clean rooms. The absolute highlight is the restaurant and the amazing view to the mountains. The staff is friendly and does everything to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely come back again!

What a beautiful hotel. Very kind people. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I recommend fried rice. The views were amazing, the beds were warm, and the service was spectacular. A perfect trifecta out in the middle of the beautiful mountains of Nepal.

Great place to stay in Namche. Delicious food, friendly helpful staff. Lodge/dining area top notch. Rooms are nice, with full bathrooms and hot water. Bedrooms are not heated, but plenty of warm bedding is provided.

The hotel is good. Rooms are clean and warm. You will get bed warmers and hot water in the bathroom. The owner Mr. Dorjie and his family is very sweet in taking good care of you. They will treat you like family.
The reception and the main hall is really well done and you get most of the drinks and food.
The rooms are cozy but beware that most of them have wooden wall partitions and not concrete. So the noise travels from one room to the other....
Rest all is fine and I would recommend to stay if you are on leisure.

By far the best place we stayed during our EBC Trek. We stayed 3 nights while acclimatizing on the way up and 1 night on the way back down. I must say the warm shower and electric blankets seemed WAY better on the return.... Also food was very good and the general friendliness of the staff was fantastic.

Great location for access to everything in Namche, plus in-the-room hot showers & Western toilets, nicely prepared meals, and friendly & accommodating staff. Price is high when compared to other teahouse along the trekking trails in Nepal, but dirt-cheap when compared to hotel prices in the U.S.

The best hotel in terms of price-quality ratio in Namche. Spacious rooms with real hot showers, sheets and heated, large windows. An always heated dining room, delicious food and the best Dal Bat in the Everest area. And most importantly, the sincere and attentive hostess Maya and her managers, who you can always rely on.

This was a DAV recommendation and we were extremely happy here. The staff are super friendly and will do anything to help (including gluten free). For a basic room, shower and Wi-Fi are not included, but are inexpensive. Lots of options on the menu, great coffee (barista machine), warm and cosy dining room/ lounge. We highly recommend the Swiss Roasti for all the hiking fuel you will need.

Excellent place to stay at 3440 meter. Well furnished rooms with anytime hot & cold water. Good food with lot of choices. Good wifi network. Their dining hall is very lively. Hotel staffs are very polite & ready to serve.

Best place to stay in Namche, especially on the way down! Luxury heated bed and an actual hot shower. Not the Ritz but you are at 3400m with Yaks as the main delivery trucks, so adjust your expectations. Food is delicious and made with care and attention to detail. Staff very friendly.

This is a great "midrange" lodge in Namche. Whereas midrange means, attached bathroom with hot shower and electric blanket. I think price is reasonable for what you get.

Food is also very good. There is a bakery upstairs so just ask for cake options, they will bring to restaurant.

They kept valuables for me in a secure place while I was trekking.

Only minus is the wifi, which seems to be a general problem in Namche - regardless if trying Ncell, Everestlink or hotel wifi, it is always super slow here.

Even though its rular area hotel Namche stands out differently.. Hotel ambience really feels like you are at home with great foods, great owner and friendly staff members like family who cares your every needs and clean fresh and comfy bed with heating technology.. This is an oasis in the heart of Namche Bazaar. Central to the area, it is big and has great service. The dining hall is warm, they have good wifi and the food is great. They often provide a welcome cake. Maya, who runs the place is just lovely. I’m always there with a group and she is so accommodating. Get the good rooms, which have hot water and even electric blankets and charging ports. The view from your room is sublime!

My best stay in Namche was here they have great room and service. The dinning room is charming with nice views. Thr cappuccino machine is also a nice touch. ;)

Hard to find available rooms during peak seasons but worth a try - clean, comfy and hot shower included. Best fried veg momo you can find!

I would highly recommend this place. During my time in the Everest region it was the best place I stayed. Good food, good service, and really good facilities in comparison to what you’ll find in nearby villages. That’s not to say they are amazing, but in comparison it is quite nice.

I stayed here totally 5 days, in two different times , within a month. Firendly people, nice rooms, and delicious food. Hoewever i am a real pizza lover and the pizza as mostly in Asia is sweet bread, it was also sweet bread but it was just okay.
YOu can further have a good hot shower here for 400 rupies, and an electric heather which is on at the evening and even at morning by breakfast.
