Green Village Guest House &Restaurant

Stayed here twice during my trip. Once on the way up and once on the way down. The owner Michael and his family treated me as if I were part of their family. It was filled with warmth and friendliness. The rooms were warm and food was super delicious. They made sure I was comfortable during my stays. Highly recommended!

Amazing location. Great food, hot showers, WiFi, nice rooms, and a great host. Definitely a good choice to anyone looking for a good accommodation.

Wonderful house, Michael takes very good care of his guests. Internet and electricity was great. Clean rooms and toilet. Very quiet. Food was delicious. Highly recommend staying here at Phakding.

The guest house was very accommodating, food was great we even got free refills on the Dal Bhat. The common room downstairs was warm, they lit a fire for us in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we were supplied with pillows too. Bathrooms were clean.

It was a great moment . Food was super delicious & hygenic. Room was fantastic with warm heater bed /warm shower . And staff & management were friendly serving with warm smile😊. Do visit in your travel.

We stayed here for the first night of our trek - Michael was so kind and the food here is amazing. Make sure you eat here is well. The beds were cozy and the vibes were on point. What a cute place to stay.

Very nice Lodge with a wondeful host and the best food you can imagine. Looking forward to stay here again on the way back to Lukla.

Really lovely guest house. Owner is really helpful and friendly. Also they have a common and attached bathroom with hot shower. Also the food here is very good.

Best place to stay in Phakding!
Everyone is so welcoming and caring. They treat you like their own family, the food is good, rooms & bathrooms are clean, everything is perfect.

Room with a private bathroom for 1000NPR - such a good deal! Facilities were clean. Room and dining area were warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly!

Compared to other hotels in the region, the accommodation in this hotel was probably the best in every way. They cook well here, the hosts are nice and helpful, the rooms are clean with the possibility of a hot shower with a toilet in the room. Apart from that, the hotel itself is very nice - at first glance, the beautiful windows from the front of the hotel catch your eye.

Michael and his crew are some amazing people, it’s a beautiful tea house that is very well maintained and the food is delicious for a good price. Definitely recommend to any trekker.

Fantastic Nepali hospitality here.

We stayed at green village guest house in phakding and it's been a highlight of the trip so far. The food was excellent, rooms and facilities very good and at a great price. Michael and his family were very welcoming and happy to chat and teach us some nepali. I highly recommend to everyone passing by.

The family were incredibly lovely, went above and beyond. Micheal was kind enough to share his local knowledge about the tracks and made sure we were well looked after.
The food was delicious and warm, toilet clean and bed very comfortable with warm blankets.

This place is a gem ! We got it recommended by a somebody in another village , as soon as we arrived we were amazed by everything ! The look from the outside , the courtyard is so colourful and full of flowers , the rooms are clean and tidy , the rest rooms are sparkling clean. And the food ? Oh my gosh the food is made freshly in the kitchen with produces from the veggie garden , delicious ! Service is fantastic and always with a big smile on their faces .
