Usually part of your acclimatization day from Namche Bazaar on the way to Everest Base Camp. It's a worthwhile stop and on a clear day you will get to see, Mt.Everest Peak, Mt Lhotse and Mt. Amadablam Peak. Enjoy

Good first views of Everest and the surrounding mountains. This view point can be reached by a short walk (relatively speaking) from Namche.
This simple museum is located on a perfect lookout spot above Namche Bazar (an easy walk up). It is free (though donations are welcome)

My school, my office and my play ground, Sagarmatha National Park offers you the world's highest mountain, mount Everest 8,828 m / 29,029 ft. Starting from 2,800 m to 8,848 m. Homeland of Sherpas (leopards of the snow) People, their culture, food and dress are not much different from other Sherpas around the Himalaya but it is right at the bottom of some of the greatest mountains in the world so definitely it has lot more to share. Must visit National Park. This is where I went my life's first trek and then i got into it. Because it was so beautiful 😍 that I couldn't get off of it. Last time when I went there probably it was my 45th time getting there in 10 years of time.

Some nice information about Tengzin, the Sherpa people, conservation of Sagarmatha national park and geology/biology of the region including climate change. They are planning to add additional information on the 14 peaks and more information on impact of climate change on glaciers. Museum is free of charge

I visited here on my rest day. It's only about a 15 minute walk and close to the Sherpa museum so worth doing both. The museum covers the natural flora & fauna, the history of the area and has some really cool old pics of the region.
Once you go outside you have the Tenzing Norgay statue but the true highlight is the killer 360 degree view of the mountains. It is spectacular.
