Dus je komt daar om meer dan 400 euro aan kleding te kopen, je wordt beneden 'overgedragen' aan een collega, nadat je sowieso al niet geholpen bent. Deze collega aan wie je overgedragen wordt, gunt je geen blik waardig en is niet onder de indruk van de hoeveelheid aan te willen schaffen producten en zonder een groet en zonder je aan te kijken is haar eerste reactie: "staat u in het systeem?".

Wat voelde ik me een gewaardeerde klant...
