A true culinary adventure. Every detail was considered. The service was phenomenal and the food was excellent. we will definitely return in the future for the next installation. Also, I should not fail to discuss the butter! The butter was infused with vanilla — an unexpected level up.

This definitely exceeded our expectations! The food, the service and the whole concept of the resturant was just amazing.
Me and my girlfriend didn't really go to very fancy resturantes so for us it was a first, and wow, the best night we had in amsterdam!
Our waiter that unfortunately we don't remember his name made it even better. Very fun and made sure me and my girlfriend are satisfied with everything for all the experience.

We took the wine pairing. The food was so interesting and amazing from start to finish. Yes we exepected maybe something different with the rooms but it was still so so good!

I went to the restaurant with a few friends and I must say we were completely surprised. The restaurant has an amazing ambience and a theme flowing through the entire time you aRe dining. The wine pairings were spot on and the food was exquisite.. the owner of the establishment is very humble and friendly as well.. he was interacting with the customers and explaining the origins of the restaurant and the concept of the videos playing throughout the dinner.. all the staff was happy and cheerful and very polite. Do make sure you follow the time as the food is served to all guests at the same

Absolutely beautiful place. The food, the vibes, the whole restaurant itself is a very enjoyable experience. On the pricier side but we had the wine pairing. Regardless you pay for what you get!! Could not recommend this enough.

I took two friends here for their birthdays so I was looking for a wow factor and a fun experience.

The dining room itself is very nicely designed for an intimate dining experience.

The food was really well thought out with very tasty flavour combinations and great food presentation. There is also enough food unlike some higher end restaurants.

The staff made the evening absolutely perfect. Thank you William, Vanessa (and there was one more whose name I can't remember but she was great too). They are the ones who will make your evening go from good to great!!

My friend and I wanted a nice dinner to end our trip in Amsterdam. Bellezza had not only a fantastic menu and a wonderful atmosphere. We chose to do the wine pairings which matched the food very well. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Amsterdam.

My husband and I had dinner at Bellezza and we had a wonderful time. It's not only about the food, it's an experience. It starts with the fact location right in the Center of Amsterdam. You seat on a communal table in a shape of a wave. Each dish is accompanied by an audio-visual program. The food is delicious, a mix of flavors and texture, a surprise at each bite.

With each dish you get a different type of bread and butter. The truffle bread was fantastic!

After the first 5 course you are taken to "Heaven" on the 1st floor to have dessert on another communal table that looks like a flower with lots of candy jars.

After dessert you can go to the bar for another drink and bonbons.

We had a wonderful time and for sure we'll come back.

At first the room does not look so great but once the light shut down, the screen start to play and the first dish arrives on the table, everything turns to be magical… the food is Amazing an explosion of savors… a trip around the world… what an experience… we were a party of 11 and they were all pleased with the experience… definitely something to do while in amsterdam !

Bellezza is a not to be missed dinner destination. The Michelin Star chef and his service team presented an experience of sight, sound and tasting that is unparalleled and unexpected at this little gem tucked away in the Red Light District. The food and wine pairings were thoughtfully done and was themed from first bite to dessert. The theme changes every 90 days. I can't wait to go back to try it the next time I am in Amsterdam.

Just amazing, one of the best fusion food I have ever tasted. From the perfectly well cooked eggplant with tahini and basilic sauce to the terryaki barbecue corn : a paradise for taste. Also very welcoming waiters and pre-designed music and videos to immerse your other senses . RUN TO IT !

Wow, what an incredible experience! The tasting menu and wines paring goes soooo extremely well together and food of course were delicious, the ambience is beautifully choreographed (just need to see for yourself, just cannot explain it in words) and the cocktails were incredible. We had the pleasure to meet the owner and it is soo touching to see how much passion he has for this project and how often they change the theme!! A must visit spot for sure!!

Sensational! All my senses were dazzled by the delicious food, the carefully chosen music and the mesmerising visuals to match. The theme of the dinner was mother earth and I was taken on a stunning journey that I will never forget. This was my partners 25th birthday meal and it was very special indeed.

Wow, what an incredible experience! The tasting menu and wines were delicious, the ambience is beautifully choreographed and the cocktails were incredible. Easily the best restaurant we visited in Amsterdam! We had the pleasure of meeting the manager and the owner, and I love that it is such a passion project. If you like truffles then you’ll love this!

One of the best Dinning experiences I have had. The food is a burst of flavors in your mouth and the pairing is exceptional. Delicious options for Vegans and Vegetarians. The immersive experience is completely aligned with each course and the staff provide one of the best experiences I have ever had in hospitality.

What an amazing experience. I read through reviews before trying to guage my expectations by I was still overwhelmed by the flavors (in a positive way). The 6-course dinner menu was so rich in flavors, particularly on the contrasts of combined elements. Myself as well as my +1 really enjoyed the full experience of the night with absolutely no complaints. We did also like the element of how cozy the place was which adds another touch on the social aspect but also of the mood. Highly recommend.

If you're not much of a wine drinker, I's say skip the wine pairing and maybe just go for a bottle split of one of the recommended wines.

Great dining experience and interesting menu. After about 20 years of really disliking the taste of octopus, they managed to serve on that I really enjoyed eating! (Ask my boyfriend, this is a massive achievement - we live in Spain 😀). The art display during dinner was nice - unfortunately, the theme was religion, which is a bit meh as an atheist. Staff was very friendly and swapping rooms for desert and the bar was something different. Would book again.
