I cannot recommend this pharmacy more! I moved from east amsterdam to west and went to a different pharmacy (which I won’t name) in the area awhile back to register with them. I have student insurance so it looks weird in the computer system. At the other pharmacy I felt like I was being treated as if I was stupid and didn’t deserve medication. It caused me to put off registering at a pharmacy close to my house and I was biking to one far away. At Wittop Koning they helped me register fast and even told me having student insurance wasn’t a problem. The lady who helped me even walked me through their 24 hour pickup. It was the nicest, most friendly pharmacy experience I have probably had in a long time. This has made my week.

The ladies are really really kind persons, like angels! I hurt my led. I tried to go to hospital for cleaning the wound but they asked for 250 euro. It’s crazy. I found this pharmacy in Google map with high score, so I choose it. After I arrive there, one lady checked the wound and bind up it. I’m quite grateful for this. I’m now back to London but I will remember you.

All good. Also compensation for the one star review by the lady hereunder, who can't be arsed to explain why she thinks tthat one star is all this place deserves. She seems to have a very sad and unsatisfactory life, given the considerable amount of one star experiences she seems to have across the globe. Poor lady. But back to my review: I've never been to this apotheek but I did notice the owner reaching out here to see how he can mitigate a bad experience and that is usually a good sign. Other reviews are pretty good, too, so I'm convinced there's nothing wrong with the place.

The staff at this Apotheek were most helpful in tending to my wounds after a fall while crossing the Overtoon 2 weeks ago. Both hands and knees were open wounds and bleeding. The staff showed professionalism and cleaned and bandaged my wounds. It's just over two weeks and I am healing well.

Super klantgericht, flexibel, vriendelijk en meedenkend. Ook automaat aanwezig en open op zaterdag. Bewust naar deze apotheek geswitcht!

Sinds een paar maanden ingeschreven. Door miscommunicatie en drukte liep het eerst niet lekker maar zowel medewerkers als de apotheker zelf proberen je altijd goed te helpen. Tevens wordt medicatie in de afhaalautomaat voor je klaargelegd zodat je zelf kan bepalen wanneer deze wordt opgehaald.

Fijne apotheek. Ik slik ADHD medicatie (elvanse) die vaak niet op voorraad is en ik ben nogal een chaoot wbt planning. Altijd zijn de assistentes + apotheek bereid om wat er wel is mee te geven, en de volgende dag kan ik de rest ophalen via de afhaalmachine. Dat apparaat is goud want het maakt het leven een stuk gemakkelijker voor dit soort situaties. Ik ervaar ook dat men zich inleeft in je en je krijgt gevoel dat je niet zoveelste klant bent die weer zeurt over liever geen generieke product (maar dat ben je natuurlijk wel )

Pharmacie familiale complète, très proche de Leidseplein. Ils ont tout ce qu’il vous faut et sont très accueillant. Si vous avez besoin d’Immodium, 5€ suffira à vous soulager. Si vous vous sentez mal n’hésitez pas à y passer, ils comprennent bien l’anglais et sauront vous aider à aller mieux. Référence en terme de pharmacie d’Amsterdam.

Vorige week per telefoon advies gevraagd en kon dezelfde dag ( binnen een half uur) in de robot, op straat wat ik nodig had ophalen. Super vriendelijk en een helder advies ontvangen.Dank je wel!
