I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent visit to the Rolex store.

Although there were no available Rolex at the time of my visit, the warm reception and assistance I received from your staff left a lasting impression. The team's professionalism and willingness to help, despite the current unavailability of rolex, truly stood out.

The experience reinforced my positive perception of the Rolex brand and its commitment to customer service. I appreciate the team's efforts in making every customer feel valued, regardless of the immediate availability of products.

I look forward to future opportunities to explore and potentially acquire a Rolex timepiece from your store.

Thank you once again, and I wish you continued success in providing outstanding service to Rolex enthusiasts like myself.

A remarkably impressive place, the facility is involved in cutting and polishing diamonds since 1879. 5 generations of one family looking after the same business and taking it forward. The staff is extremely professional and visit gives an amazing insight into the process through which diamond goes through. Cutting and refining process undertaken delicately at Gassan Diamonds is superb. The display of rings and diamonds in enticing and gents need to be careful, women can just drool over those shiny diamonds. Brilliant 121 cut by Gassan is amazingly beautiful and brilliant 57 is also marvellous. City sight tour busses at Amsterdam stop here for the free factory tour. Also accessible by cruise boat. The tour is free, entails lots of learning and valuable experience, the tour ends with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. Worthwhile experience, must do while in Amsterdam.

Loved it! Really interesting tour of this fascinating business. It was the right length of time for children too-I took my 17 and my 11 year old, whose attention was held to the very end by our very knoweledgeable and personable guide, Tracey. The history of the company is compelling- if a little sad -but at least it ended well for Samuel who had so much resource and resilience. This story is well told on the plaques on the wall with great visuals. I was particularly taken by the Gassan cut, which is unique. The lovely man on the gate allowed me to park my bike within the safety of the company parking area which was a nice touch. Fabulous shop at the end! Definitely worth a visit.

Do you want to know why diamond prices vary so much?

If your answer is yes, then this is the right place for you to go. Be aware that taking your girlfriend with you would be a huge mistake, especially if you are planning on getting engaged.

My friends and I booked a water tour that included the ticket to get into this museum. I thought we were going to walk around and see some diamonds, but boy I was wrong. They do not keep any secrets to themselves. As soon as we walked in, the host started telling us the history of diamonds, he pointed us toward the windows were we could see some experts cutting and polishing the diamonds, then we went to a room where he started asking questions about why are some diamonds more expensive than others, that was the moment when I got super excited to know and learn more about these beautiful crystals.

We learned about the "carats weight, the color, shape, the cut, the clarity. How do all elements matter when purchasing a diamond was truly an enigma to me until that day. We learned about "the Orange" a 14.82-carat pear shaped gem that was sold for more than $35 million at Christie's . On the same room, they display dazzling rings, crowns, necklaces and so on with multiple diamonds and other gems.

Going back to my previous comment, if you want to impress your girlfriend or future wife, don't take her to this place, because she will become an expert and will easily identify how much you actually paid for her engagement ring.

Amazing visit! We were perfectly assisted by a very kind woman who guided us in all the steps around the diamond production. They also have a very interesting pre-owned store that I highly recommend. We enjoyed a lot!

We were so happy to have booked this tour. Highly recommend a visit you’ll learn a lot about the process from raw diamond to jewellery piece as well as the history of the firm and the building.
The staff are very welcoming and open to questions.
Currently it’s not overflowed with people. On our tour we were only 5 and there were no parallel tours. We were told this is a rare chance and fully enjoyed our time to look around

I have been a client of House of Gassan since 2006. I recently did another purchase. What to say ? the staff at Gassan are the most professional and cordial people I have ever come across. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a reliable and honest jeweler to visit them in Amsterdam.

It’s an wonderful experience being here and unlike other places where they push you to buy something, here they were genuine. They genuinely explain the science and business behind the diamond trade and quality. You don’t feel intimidated here but would have a flair to buy. Glad we took this trip and bought. The free breaches was part of hospitality. Great tour Gassan establishment, good to know about Mr. Samuel Gassan history.
Great buy in their store and they clearly explain on the tax return too. Liked the service and good visit.

We enjoyed a great experience on a lovely Amsterdam Sunday at Gassan. We learned a lot about the whole process from a 'small rock' to a diamond.

We've learned about the colors, brilliant and their Gassan 121.

Our guide Isa was super knowledgeable and friendly answering all our questions. The craftsmanship is amazing to see.

We ended with a lovely high tea. We will be back with guests for sure and highly recommend a tour.

Zhang Nan is very hardworking, patient, and friendly. It was a great experience being attended to by her. We were having issues with payments and she patiently waited with us for over 1.5 hours after closing time as I tried different methods to get my payment through.

The patience paid off when my payment finally went through, and I managed to make my purchase. She conversed fluently with myself and my partner in english and mandarin and gave us snacks and also shared about places to visit in Amsterdam!

Wow, simply wow. The Gassan sponsored canal cruise is much appreciated and the diamonds here are certainly and literally a cut above the rest.

Well that was a fun tour we spontaneously booked. Very informative but a bit of a struggle to hear the gent giving the tour. In an unsuspecting treat he brought out all kinds of jewelry to try on, test our newly taught cut/clarity/color and entice us to take a piece home.

Very interesting visit today. I was in a small group of 5 and we received a fascinating talk about the different levels of diamond quality. Plenty of time afterwards to read the history of the company and to look at artefacts involved in the trade. Thank you
