Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam

It has been a real pleasure to stay at Park Plaza Victoria. It is in such a prime location and the staff is super friendly! I was looking for some activities to do and their recommendations were great. The room was comfy and quiet.
I also had the opportunity to eat at the Carstens brasserie, and the food was incredible! My compliments to the chef, as it’s an address that you should definitely not miss !! The fine dining experience was impeccable and the finesse of the dish. I highly recommend the wine paring.
I would definitely stay again at the Victoria hotel when I come back to Amsterdam!
Plus bonus they have a pool, so after a long day walking you can nicely relax.

This is a magnificent hotel Centrically located from the centre Amsterdam train station. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The service in Vic’s Bar is superb from the drinks to the food. I highly recommend this hotel because you will be close to most attractions in Amsterdam. Definitely staying here again.

We stayed in Executive King Room with Canal View in Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam in April 2024 . The hotel has a fantastic location very close to the train station. It has modern decor, and the technology in the room to control all the lights and the curtain is amazing. During our visit, the hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a large selection of cheeses.

The staff and service is EXTREMELY kind and they are VERY VERY VERYY CLEAN. The hotel rooms are big and have a very nice view and the location is near most of the popular places you may see on tiktok. The breakfast buffet IS VERY CLEAN and SOO GOOD! It is a very good deal because they have many juices and you can ask them to make you anything like egg cheese omelets which are delicious, it is a great deal for every night!

Great experience the staff were amazing from concierge to F&B, Reception! Love the Smoked old fashioned and Negroni cocktails! You should definitely try them.
Breakfast buffet was very good a lot of stuff and a large selection of plant based milk.

It was a really pleasant stay. Just last day housekeeper left our window open and when we got back in the evening in was freezing cold and windowsill was wet because of rain. Air conditioning didn’t hit up the room quickly. We had to jump under cover very quick.
But in general everything was good

Located in front of the central station, the reception service was friendly and helpful, also tasty and fresh breakfast buffet.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. We will come back.

Location cannot be beat, close to the main train station and everything else in Amsterdam. Modern rooms with very comfortable beds and it was very quiet in the rooms at night. Would highly recommend with hotel and it will be my preferred choice upon return to the Netherlands.

We stayed here from December 18-22 and had an amazing time. Our room was perfect. The hotel staff could not be more helpful or friendlier. They gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The hotel is very convenient to everything and especially the train station. We plan to stay here again.

Amazing experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Location is perfect next to central station from where you can catch bus or train to local sites like Keukenhif, Zaanse, airport, etc. Canal tours also start accros the street. Room was spacious and clean. Spa was amazing, we had great time at the pool. Lobby bar, restaurant also quite good and spacious. Our stay there was relaxing. We travelled as a family with two kids.

Great, central location. Lovely building and friendly staff. The room was clean and functional. Lovely shower but the glass bathroom door might be a challenge for some couples! The spa pool is very pleasant and relaxing and the sauna is huge. Gym is nice and well equipped, you can do a varied work out in there.

Disliked a few things;
The netting across all windows, I understand it's necessary but it does hinder the view of the canals and fabulous building of Centraal station and you pay extra for that view!
The spa/gym is in another building so it was a trek getting to and from, requiring 2 lift journeys each way and the lifts are slow so it took a while. And no gowns/slippers available
The scent they used in the lobby I found to be overpowering and artificial so I had to get through to the lift or outside very fast, maybe that's the point of it!
Could hear the other hotel room doors closing very clearly from our room and we were at the end of a corridor, late night/early morning was fairly disruptive with door noise in the hallway

None of these ruined our stay, we would stay again for the location convenience and room cleanliness

Excellent stay, literally located directly in front of Centraal station. Nice swimming pool and fitness area, cafe and bar in hotel and staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend if you’re new to Amsterdam as everything is within walking distance.

Perfect in the middle of Amsterdam, the staff is incersibly friendly and helps you with any questions you have, the spa is beautiful and the gym is good too. The room is also beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

I was at the hotel with my boyfriend in the summer of 2023. Great room and a wonderful breakfast. Very good location too, as we can do a lot of things on foot. I liked it and I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort and quality!

I've had the chance to stay in Amsterdam for a holiday almost a year ago and this was one of the very best hotels I've stayed at. The location is in a great, positioned right in the centre of the city. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean without a spot. Most rooms have amazing views of the city. The service is top notch, one of the best I've seen in many different hotels.
Overrall, I'd recommend staying here, perfect hotel if you want a high quality stay for a few nights.
