The location near to the train station is perfect , the staff is lovely and really kind , in particular Tia prepered us a really good breakfast ( coffee and croissant are perfect) . It’s like to be in to an Italian bar.
We will came back for sure.

They have indoor and outdoor seating, which offers great views, especially if you enjoy people watching.

I had the fried mussels and egg rolls, both of which were very good.

In the midst of the hectic environment of Amsterdam Central Station there is a peaceful island of warmth & friendliness: Iveta & Davide are embodiments of hospitality; Cafe Crema & Triple Chocolate Cake are exceptionally delicious.

The coffee is amazing, and so is the dessert. However, the place is too small, I don't understand why an international business like illy has money to open branches in Kuwait yet is not thinking of expanding the one branch in Amsterdam? It's uncomfortable to sit there, I have passed by many times to get coffee but decided not to due to the fact that all seats are occupied. You are lucky if you visit and see a seat empty. Disappointed, I hope they will consider expanding or opening a different branch in Amsterdam where it is reasonably sized.

Had breakfast at the illy cafe. A bit pricey but excellent capuccino and croissant. A pity the only orange juice they have is on a can and not fresh. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly.

- as I always loved the brand Illy(consume their products often),I had no doubt to step in to the place for nice coffee break.

- Coffee was amazing and nice finger food( a piece of small cake) was tasty.

- quite pricey but considering it’s location(complete touristic and city central) and Amsterdam’s general pricing, I could try to understand it.

One of the best coffee i had in Amsterdam(much better than Starbucks).Authentic Italian coffee with a very different taste than a regular coffee. Perfectly made cappuccino with good consistency and beautiful design on top. The after taste of the coffee is just amazing. Amazing ambience and friendly staff. Cappuccino is 3.4€ and a double cappuccino is 4.8€. The 5€ coffee and croissant combo is only available for breakfast.

Davide is the best guy around. Some would even say the best guy in the world. Not to mention the coffee is so good it makes you want to reproduce and expand the population.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Café Illy in Amsterdam. The chocolate cake was fantastic and incredibly delicious, and the Italian Lungo espresso complemented it perfectly, creating a wonderful coffee experience.

The bill of 7.5 euros was very reasonable considering the high quality of the products and the excellent service provided by the café.

The ambiance of the place was enjoyable and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax and savor the coffee and desserts.

Tasty coffee and friendly staff, but quite pricey. One small cup of a Cappuccino cost € 3.10 Very central location, just a few min away from the Central Station and the Red Light District. They have sockets to charge up your phone, or use your laptop, which is always handy especially when you are on a long walk.

As always delicious coffee, great service, good atmosphere. Staff speaking English, German, Dutch.
