Brought my bike (urban arrow bakfiets) today. The gears were completely broken and I was really scared that it will be very expensive to fix or not fixable at all.

But no! The guy with the metal rim glasses and curly mullet fixed it in a few ours, he also fixed a problem with the chain.

Bike feels like new!

Mijn fiets hier heen gebracht voor het spannen van mijn ketting en maken van mijn verlichting. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, kreeg vooraf een schatting van de kosten en zou via sms op de hoogte gehouden worden wanneer ik hem op kan halen. Tussentijds gebeld dat mijn verlichting niet te maken was en de vraag of ik het zou willen laten vervangen of niet. Ook dit keer direct weer een schatting van de kosten. Uiteindelijk een paar uur later een sms binnen dat ik mijn fiets weer als nieuw op kon halen. Geweldige service, kwalitatief goed werk, helemaal blij mee!
