Great service from this branch of Het Zwarte Fietsenplan on taking my bike in to have the brake cable replaced. A charming, witty and knowledgeable reception from the Irish fellow receiving the bike. A detailed discussion of what needed to be done, plus acceptable budget. When I got the bike back, the shop had gone above and beyond in the fix, plus checking, lubing up my crank and even pumping my tires up. With an equally witty and friendly guy behind the desk. My new favourite neighbourhood bike repair place on quality of service.

Came in with a broken tyre, Leo was very helpful and showed me how to fix it.
In the end I also bought a bikebell 🔔 for my mum for Christmas 🎄. Cool guy

Geholpen door een zeer vriendelijke én goed gehumeurde vent. Je weet dat het geld kost, maar vanwege de klantvriendelijke houding - en natuurlijk het gewenste resultaat - is dat helemaal niet erg. Was toch een warm bad in vergelijking met de ZFP-vestigingen in Oost.

Erg aardig personeel en altijd bereid snel en goed te helpen! :)
