ibis Styles Haarlem City

Room wasn't that big but it totally worked for me. More important.... the room was absolutely clean. Staff (from frontdesk to housekeeping) was really friendly. It was a perfect stay. Almost forgot to mention breakfast that is available every day. It's not included in your room rate but absolutely worth paying for!!!

All is good . Basic hotel but super new and clean . No drinks facilities in room but free down in reception. Easy bike ride into city centre, we came with bikes so was easy for us to go in and out of city . We are a Family staying so having 2 rooms . TV only limited channels and no streaming is only negative for us . After 4 nights and interaction with several helpful staff ; an excellent choice of hotel for our needs . Room very comfortable and such clean bathrooms with lovely shower. No AC but an air circulation system and eco blinds that shut to shield from sun . Rooms comfortable even if a but warm we could sleep . Good to see a hotel doing its bit for our planet .

Needed a few days away from our house during renovations. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast and endless free coffee and tea throughout the day.

Bit of a way out of town....average taxi price was €15 from the centre. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Rooms clean and warm. Shower tray slippery, no hand rail to help stop you from falling and no shelf to put own toiletries. Cool to be able to watch the skaters in the next door ice rink. Buffet breakfast wasn't included in the room price and for us €15 wasn't value for money so we ate out. Tea/coffee only available at certain times but were free. Overall a good experience. Would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite good breakfast with nice choices - they try to add something new every day. Nice rooms, enough space. Everything is very clean. You have free coffee machine on disposal 24/7 for free, which is nice touch.

Nice Hotel. I think it deserves one more star. It's true isn't close to downtown Haarlem but you have Bloemedaal station just 10 minutes away by walking and from there you can reach every place, not just Haarlem but also Amsterdam and much more.. The room was a familiar one with enough space and it was very clean and comfortable. Nice staff and a good breakfast. Free parking not too far away. The only thing I'd complain about would be the extra bed, a bit noisy (springs) and with a matress maybe not that good for a heavy man like me. haha.. but not big deal anyway.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It's not very close to attractions or on any transit lines, so prepare to walk/drive/take a taxi. They also provided luggage storage when I checked out.

Excellent option. The breakfast is really good, everything fresh. The room has eveything you need. They were always asking if we needed something and thinking about the cleanliness of the room. It is located about 15-20 min from Amsterdam in train and it was a good option because I did not find anything for new years eve at the last minute. The train station is really close by walking. There are stores, restaurants and a supermarket only a few minutes away too.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff. Wonderful quaint neighborhood. The only downside is it is far from Amsterdam central and ticket prices from blomendaal station to Amsterdam central are pricey. Very clean hotel and hotel lobby is great. If you have any questions about directions please ask the staff. They were especially helpful in helping us get to the airport and make it on time for our flight. They do have a desktop computer if you need to print out boarding pass or check into flight online. Coffee and tea station is great and has a great selection. The surrounding neighborhood is great for shopping and it’s very peaceful and beautiful area. Locals are very helpful and know the best places in the area to grab a quick bite to eat.

Having stayed at this Hotel for 8 weeks all i can say is Outstanding.
All staff were found to be friendly kind and polite,i was very surprised when i was told a Breakfast bag will be made for you by our night staff.
This was done as i was to be leaving the Hotel before Breakfast each morning and every Morning.
Night Staff of which was mainly 2 Brothers Milad and Meraj were absolutely brilliant polite and full of joy.also another chap who also i can say was a pleasure to meet.
Absolutely wonderful experience and woyld highly recommend this Hotel to any person wishibf to stay in Harrlem or somewhere near Amsterdam.

Very nice new and modern hotel. The room was very clean and stylish-beds ae comfort enough with soft mattress. We stayed there five days and what I consider as a disadvantage for the hotel is that they did not change the sheets the pillows and towels not even a time

Clean room and quiet. Nearby Harleem's centre and closer to Amsterdam. Really comfortable hotel. Good breakfast.

Well designed nice looking rooms. Beds are comfortable but there could be more pillows. Rooms are soundproof so it's very quiet. Very pleasant common area. Friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel not a year old yet. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in a very quiet area. Only a short train ride from HAARLEM centre and Amsterdam.

New build hotel, parking in front of the hotel. We skipped the breakfast. We prefer to go to local places.

Nice place to stay, very clean and very friendly employees. Haarlem is a convenient place to stay at while exploring NL. Bring/rent a car and you're in reach of everything.
