Frederikke is the absolute sweetest! She always greets you with a smile and is so knowledgeable about all the stock. Always a pleasure coming here when she's working.

Excellent store with almost every imaginable delicacy from the UK as well as many USA and Australian products. It really is a taste of home!

I have to give a special mention to the staff, though. If you can't find something, they're so helpful in either finding it for you, even if it's in the back, or letting you know when it's going to come in! They're struggling for some British things at the moment due to Brexit, but they're very polite and nice about it! Have been here a whole bunch of times and it's probably up there with my favourite stores in Haarlem!

Lovely place, they have the best stuff in stock and always friendly. We come here once a couple of weeks to stock up on crumpets and tea. Would highly recommend visiting 😁

For UK products. Fray bentos is the one I was looking for

Stopped in my tracks when I saw it - I recently relocated to Holland from the UK, and was feeling a bit homesick. To know that there's a store so close that sells the foodstuffs I'm missing the most, plus more that I'd never anticipated missing, is very comforting. The staff are keeping people safe and working hard to stay fully stocked, and even offer to order things on your behalf if you can't find them. To top it off, the prices aren't crazy high, and I got the impression that they're trying to make the products accessible to shoppers (as opposed to the dime-a-dozen American candy stores with insane markup). Will be making frequent trips!

If you are a British expat in the area I recommend this shop. Items being a bit more expensive is fair. Considering their decent product range, and seasonal stocking. You want proper Bisto gravy? They have it!

It's nice to have a spot where you can find some of the favorites from home! The staff is always helpful and willing to order things if you don't see what you want. However, I know there's sometimes quite a bit of time between shipments.

Nice small store with a wide selection of items from UK, AU, NZ and South Africa (coming soon). Was greeted and helped by a very friendly lady that took her time to have a quick chat. Definitely will be going here again.

I found this gem a few years ago and have been going there every once in a while. It is the only place, that I know of, that sells so many varieties of cider. And just so many other items that are hard to find in the Netherlands. Last but not least, the personnel working there are fantastic and friendly people!

Fantastic little shop full of British items, including frozen foods and cider. Please also add English sausages alongside the Irish ones though!!!

Before I moved to Haarlem I used to go to Eichholtz in Amsterdam. Luckily "A Taste of Home" also has everything I needed (English Mince Pies for Christmas) and maybe even more.

Great for vegetarian, English (food & tea), American and South African food. Also has a good selection of beer and cider.
