Oodles and Pinches is a wonderful shop to buy a few great biological and earth-friendly products. I am a big fan of their soap and lotions. At some point, I definitely intend on returning to purchase one of my favourite products called I Love the Planet; the diffuser smells so lovely in the bathroom. The owner is also very friendly and pleasant. The shop is definitely a winner when it comes to bio-based products.

Inge's shop is amazing! Not only you can buy bulk food (I've bought multiple things and never had any problems and food was fresh and good) but also so many useful products that can make your life less-waste! Eg I bought some hair conditioner bar and dental floss. Prices for bulk food are very reasonable, sometimes cheaper than in popular markets! And you can revisit with your own container or order online and it comes in paper bags. No plastic, no extra trash! Love the idea! I had chance to visit the shop and chat for a moment with Inge and it was so nice because you can learn many useful tips from her and she also knows products she sells very well so can always give an advice. Highly recommend the shop, especially if you want to live your life less-waste :)

The shop in Haarlem’s Indische Buurt is great, and growing in available products all the time. I love to bring in a reused dish soap bottle to be refilled 0.5 liters at a time with hand soap, dish soap, and more. Just ask! There is also a nice selection of brands and uses for personal products; Inge was able to recommend a less drying shampoo bar than one I had purchased elsewhere.

A unique store in Haarlem and being able to get your pantry, cleaning and cosmetic supplies zero waste is brilliant. The owner is a warm person who is very knowledgeable on her products and I always enjoy a chat :)

The zero waste shop in Haarlem. They sell from house cleaning stuff that you can bring your bottle and refill, natural shampoos and other personal care items, to edibles. No plastic!

Inge has a beautiful shop full of inspiring products that help you to live a plastic free life. We are big fans of the bamboo toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo bars for kids.

Fijne winkel met fijne, mooie en eerlijke (duurzame) producten. Plastic vrij. Je kunt zelfs je eigen flessen e/o potten meenemen om te laten hervullen.

Wij bestelde deze producten eerst online omdat we geen winkel (in de buurt) kenden die dit verkocht. Dus voortaan wandelen we hier naartoe ipv dat we het hele logistieke (lees vervuiling) gebeuren van een webshop inzetten :)

Note: winkel is nog maar net open en zal verder uitgebreid worden met nog meer mooie producten!

Geweldige plek voor mensen die naar een zero-waste levensstijl streven. Winkeleigenaar Inge is erg vriendelijk en goed geïnformeerd over de producten. Ik ben blij met de bulk opties voor levensmiddelen en wasmiddelen. Geweldige mogelijkheden om verpakkingsafval te verminderen.

Ben echt blij met Oodles and Pinches! Hier vind ik mijn meest favoriete shampoobar. En de super handige tandpasta in tablet vorm (ook voor onderweg.) En ik haal hier al mijn schoonmaakmiddelen voor thuis en voor mijn atelier. Ik gebruik nogal wat wasmiddel en het voelt goed om nadien totaal geen restmateriaal (plastic) te hebben.
Goed advies en service. En niet onbelangrijk, ook heel vriendelijk!

Fijne toegankelijke winkel, heerlijk was middel vooral!

Fijn dat er in Haarlem-Noord een zero waste winkel is! Maar wanneer je denkt dat je voordelig kan winkelen omdat er producten in bulk worden verkocht en zonder verpakking, kom je van een koude kermis thuis.
Je eigen flesje van 350ml na laten vullen met overigens heerlijk ruikende en goede shampoo kost je €7,- Voor een kilo basmatirijst moet je €6,50 neerleggen. En een kilootje linzen kost €7,50.
Mooi verhaal dat zero waste, maar de linzen komen dan wel weer 12000km verderop uit Canada. In Frankrijk groeien ze ook, zelfs de mooiste Puy linzen.
Samengevat waren we bijna € 30,- kwijt omdat we ook een zeephouder voor €8,- erbij hadden (zuignap en een stukje rvs om in de zeep te rammen)
Kortom nogal duur, maar de kwaliteit is wel goed.
