This is my 3rd pharmacy over 15 years living in this city. Until now by far the best experience. Regular waiting times are good compared to other pharmacies. But what really makes the difference is a pick-up code via SMS for recurring prescriptions that allows you to skip the line. And second; there is a 24/7 delivery possibility via a vending machine.

Organized pharmacy, you can get a ticket as you enter and take a seat and your turn will show on a screen. The service was fast and the pharmacist explained the instructions well.

Quite busy like many others have said. The staff was friendly and knew their business. Service in English was not a problem, and the prices were bearable. I also like the opening hours of this place. It also does not take but a moment to walk here from the city centre.

Great place to pick up your medicine. They are reliable, friendly, and english speaking. They have most of the medicines available and are good with knowing about your prescriptions.

Altijd goede ervaringen met deze apotheek gehad. Aardige medewerkers en goede service. En de ruime openingstijden en de ophaalautomaat zijn erg praktisch.

Een voordeel is dat ze bij deze apotheek geen weekend diensttarief hanteren. Als je bij de dokterspost terecht komt en deze geeft je een recept mee....kijk dan eerst of er een apotheek open is in Groningen die geen diensttarief hanteert. Ik betaal liever 5 euro benzine of OV dan 45 euro!

Wachttijden heb je bij elke apotheek, dit vind ik niet perse een minpunt.
