Best electronic store! You can find everything here. Moreover, the service is very good both before and after purchasing an item. For more than once I had to return an item and no I had no issues at all. Also they are always ready to help you. The prices are also very competitive.

Service is sooooo good I love it. First they welcome your to the store and ask you what u wanna do or what you need and they'll help you with EVERYTHING literally. I'd really like to work there. Such a sweet team they're very talkative make small jokes its so fun best physical electronic store love it.

After two years of use, my expensive headphones broke just outside of the warranty. After I sent them in for repairs, I was given their full price in credit for the webshop, allowing me to buy a new pair at pretty much no cost.

Went to this shop during the pandemic, so some of my findings might not apply to others. Overall, it's a very nice store and the wait outside was short. Something that I want to stress is that the personnel is VERY kind and helpful and I could notice that they definitely had experience and expertise in the things they were talking about.

Got my airpods repaired from here. Smooth process & pretty fast results. Got a new pair just a day later!

Excellent service! Bend the rules a bit to satisfy the customer. Thinking with the customer and not for the customer. Great clean, well managed store. A warm welcome and a warm beverage during the very short waiting period. Excellent on all fronts!

For other readers - on 21/11/20 their coronavirus measures are pretty good (wear a mask, wait outside, staff member comes out and asks what you need help with and directs you to an expert).

Very beautiful, nice place with friendly support. I just went there to get my AirPods repaired and already the next day it was done.

Ordered a pair on B&O Headset at the store at 8am, product was there at 9:30 the next morning as promised. All staff were super friendly and helpful and all spoke great English. Some good bargains to be had and website is well organised.

Coolblue Groningen is a great shop! The staff is very nice and helpful. I've been there a couple of times and never had any bad experiences. If you want to order something: the most popular items are usually in stock but all other items have to be ordered and will arrive the next day.
