Hoogstins Bookstore

Nice small bookstore. They have a small but very well curated selection of English books (as well as books in Dutch, of course) and they have a nice selection of notebooks, writing supplies, calendars, etc.

This is a nice store on the Kinkerstraat in Amsterdam Oud-West. It is a large, open, bright store with books, many gifts, calendars, and fun items, also nice bags. My favorite thing here is their large selection of wallets. They feature a very popular Dutch brand of wallets, in many colors and styles.

They wrapped gifts for free around Christmas time, which was really nice. Friendly staff with many books in English as well.

Always very helpful staff... Wonderful selection of books and accessories, gift suggestions. And they take wrapping very seriously 😊

Huge shop with many choices.

This is truly an exception place in the Amsterdam's central part. You can find here some really good souvenirs, postcards as well as the great assortment of a different genres' books (English included). I especially like their stationary department that is always updated with a new interesting products like pens, notebooks, sketchbooks etc.
Also the staff is always useful and friendly.
Can't wait visiting this place again :)

Decent store with a fair selection of bools, notebooks, writing utensils, and games plus little knick-knacks for the kids. Some of the higher end notebooks are quite pricey (though good quality) but you can find cheaper, just as good (but less flashy) notebooks as well. This is my go-to spot for notebooks

Fantastic New place opened pretty much at the entrance of the Albert Cuyp markt. Very nice dishes, friendly staff and extremely reasonably priced. We had the rice table for two people with lamb. It was a lot of food.

Ordered online from Ireland, fantastic customer service and package arrived quickly without a scratch. 10/10

It is a small bookstore, the shop sells an up to date collection of books (mainly Dutc). Lovely to stroll around. Also a good shop to go for gifts, calendars and a small collection for paper crafts.
