It's by far my favourite shoe shop. I have been their customer for nearly 8 years and everytime I have a chance to go to Amsterdam I go there.
They offer a great choice and the quality is amazing (mostly Italian brands I think). Honestly, I have never found high heels as comfy as theirs. Personally, I always experienced a good service. People calling other shops for me or taking the time to chat .I love It!!

Great customer service is only matched by the beautiful shoes. My wife grew up in the shoe business and knows quality workmanship. We applaud the selection of all world women's shoes and boots.

When you step into 1 of their 3 stores, you immediately get greedy, so many beautiful pumps and boots to choose from. And the staff are helpful, attentive and so sweet. I always succeed here!

Go to winkel voor elegante vrouwelijke schoenen van kwaliteit. Ik heb nu zo'n 3 paar gekocht en draag deze schoenen veel.
Zoals deze espadrilles die ik afgelopen juli heb gekocht en de HELE zomer op heb gelopen.
Toen ik ze in de winkel kwam passen was mijn maat niet aanwezig. Omdat ik niet meer in Amsterdam woon, en het sluitingstijd was, heeft Alessio Dentici zijn broer aan de Utrechtsestraat opgebeld en die stuurde de hakjes de volgende dag per post. Prijs was inclusief verzendkosten, dat was heel fijn. 😊 Jammer dat ik niet meer in de buurt woon want anders zou ik veel vaker langsgaan.

Een van mijn best bewaarde geheimen.

Hier koop ik al tientallen jaren laarsjes met hoge hakken, waar ik heerlijk op loop. Comfortabel en elegant! De hakken zijn namelijk ietsje breder dan bij de meeste andere winkels en er is altijd een supermooi paar te vinden.

Belangrijkste winst: benen en billen komen met deze schoenen perfect uit. Je oogt hiermee namelijk langer en slanker. En je gaat er ook mooier van lopen (meer rechtop).

My wife used to be a client at Elandsgracht store. Today, she stepped into and started looking a specific pair of shoes. The lady who is the salesperson started yelling "dit is van de nieuwe collection, het is geen uitverkoop". My wife just answered " zo...?". My wife got really disappointed with the rude, unprofessional, unethical and unfriendly way the seller talked to her. Why this salesperson had thought my wife was looking for cheap shoes? She buys the shoes she likes, it does not matter if it is new collection or not. In a time when it is so important to keep customers satisfied and sales up, why is that Daniele Dentici keeps a sales person like that? Don't they provide the minimal training for their sales people?
So, today, Daniele Dentici lost a sale and a customer.
