Had a problem with some ASICS I bought here, which basically fell apart inside 3 months… the owner was a gentleman, dealt with it personally and gave me a full refund. Nice shop! A little bit on the high-end side, but a nicely curated mix of items. Nothing cheap, just reasonably prices up to high end prices. Staff is friendly and knowledagble in general about their products, but I was better informed about the particular item I was looking for. This is one of the only two shops in Amsterdam selling Arcteryx Veilance. So I finally could try on the Monitor Down Parka, which completely sold itself to me despite the outrages price tag (worth every cent though!) So happy that the expectations created by researching online were met in real life. I never shop unless I really need something. The item that I bought has a lifetime warranty and probably will outlast me, so I might never shop here again. 😉 But I recommend this store if you are looking for clean style and high quality items.

Blij met het telefoongesprek met Roel die alles keurig heeft opgelost voor mij. Zijn instellingen geeft je het gevoel als klant gehoord te worden. Het maakt niet uit hoeveel je als klant uitgeeft, een aankoop is een bewuste keuze en je weet nooit hoeveel de aankoop voor iemand kan betekenen. Soms heeft iemand ergens voor gespaard of juist diens laatste centen eraan uitgegeven. Of veel moeite moeten doen om iets te vinden waar die naar op zoek was. Je weet het nooit. Zorg er daarom voor dat elke aankoop voor iemand een feestje is en ze zullen gehoord en gezien voelen. Dat is toch eigenlijk wat we allemaal zouden willen.

Leuke deals gedaan in de uitverkoop. Premium brands en collabs die je niet overal vind. Tip: Hun eigen, grote baskets-branded beach towel komt in een stoffen zak met vetersluiting. Mooie zak om je sneakers in te wassen, mooi werk!

Ballentent! Online “Bape X Barbour Black Tee” in XL beschikbaar online maar niet in winkel???

Tevens iemand aan de lijn gehad die de eigenaar is met een bak aan excuses, van nieuwe medewerker tot verschillende voorraad systemen en voor het ongemak zou hij een geste doen op de e-mail, dit was vorige week woensdag... Niet meer van vernomen!

Bestelling verliep vlot maar helaas niet goed. Bij ontvangst ontbraken de schoenen. PostNL heeft dit niet juist opgelost maar Baskets zeker wel. Communicatie was goed en geboden oplossing ook zeker. Zal de volgende keer zeker hier nog iets bestellen.
