Griekse Traiterie Ela!

Absolutely love the place! First, I fell in love with gyros - I'm obsessed. So delicious and god ingredients, fresh and made in front of you. Then, I feel in love with their food that they prepare - super fresh, delicious and no additives. I don't want to cook anymore, because I can go to Ela! and get the best meal and a salad too. Staff is amazing, so friendly and it has such a nice family vibe. Thank you!

As a Greek person, Ela! is the closest to my mums cooking that I have found in Amsterdam. The taste is 100% authentic and homemade Greek. The quality of the ingredients too, most of them (if not all) sourced in Greece. The staff are always nice and fun to talk to. I would encourage you to ask them what to complement your main dish with, for a true Greek experience. All in all highly recommended !

The best pita I ever had in Amsterdam, store full of typical greek specialties with a home touch and also products to buy, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

Very tasty Greek food with helpful and energetic staff. It’s takeaway only and they offer to warm it up for you or pack it cold.
Lots of options to choose from, portions are fair, food is fresh and well seasoned.
It is a bit on the pricey side if you’re buying whole container meals. We usually spend around €40 for two people.

This cute little place is located in my neighborhood and I occasionally stop by for some pick-ups. Every single dish I tasted was amazing. The owner is super friendly and is always happy to help. I love stuffed paprika, eggplant is incredible too. Highly recommend!

Super good quality and variety of Greek traditional food. I usually have take away: portions are big enough to have a proper meal. Highly recommended: psari (salmon), is always top notch. The service: always warm and welcoming, in proper Greek fashion. Super-highly recommended!

In this restaurant you have a lot of choices of Greek food so you want to try more than 2 or 3 dishes.

Very tasty! We had the veal stew and zuchini cookies. Its not cheap but good food rarely is in Amsterdam. Can totally recommend!

They have a quite a lot food and some other Greek products what u can buy. I tried the gyros and it was very nice. Eat in is not option for groups, but if u are alone than it's fine.

Staff was really kind and helpful. Food was super delicious. I tried Salmon with potatoes and greek salad. All was good baked and was super tasty. Will be happy to be back somewhere in the future to try the rest of the food which I did not have stomach space to do on my first visit. There are only 3 tables for 4 people each. One of them can be separated into 2 tables for 2 people each. So if you're hungry be sure to not miss a table.
