Nice second hand bookshop. It has a very smart organisation in terms of languages: English books on the right and Dutch on the left, and within this division many topics. The shop is bigger than it looks, and it has a nice spot at the end with place to sit and some art prints.

Very nice atmosphere, good range of books, and friendly owner. There are English, German, Dutch and Turkish books; maybe even more.
Also affordable prices! 10/10 recommended.

Very nice and cozy bookshop. They have English, Dutch and Turkish selection of books. The bookkeeper is also very knowledgeable in books and it was fun to chat with them about books and suggestions

This place is absolutely breathtaking and stunning. We went past it randomly and when my eyes caught the inside I had to go inside! The amount of books is overwhelming and if you love and breathe books, this place will literally be your heaven. There are different languages so even if you're not from the Netherlands or if you don't speak the language you will find something anyways!
You will probably not find much contemporary YA reads (mentioning that as it is something lots of young readers are looking for) HOWEVER I am absolutely convinced that you will find one book of the 10.000 in the store (literally, this man owns 10.000 books) that you will like! The owner (at least I think it was him) was very friendly and we had a great conversation. I enjoyed my visit there a lot! I will definitely come back if I get the chance to.

Really diverse collection, wonderful vibes ahah, the owner was super friendly. It felt like I got in a fairy-tale. All books are unexpectedly affordable, I got Kafka for just 8 euro, but some other (known) classical books were 5 euro.

We stumbled upon this place quite by accident and spent a great half hour or so browsing. The store has a great selection of English language books as well as books in German and French (and obviously in Dutch as well). The collection is very well organized and just casually browsing it took me under a minute to find a great new book to read. Between the two of us we ended up with five books and several more recommendations. Nicely surprised by the modest overall price! Definitely recommend!

Stumbled upon this gem while idly walking the streets of Amsterdam, as the name suggests. Le Flaneur has a great selection of books in different languages from English to Dutch, German, French, Turkish... along with colorful pieces of art.
If you're a book lover, this shop and a nice conversation with its owner won't disappoint you.

Really cool place. Burak, the librarian, is super helpful and nice! I gave him some titles I was looking for and even if he didn't have them he was able to suggest a related book!
