I was carrying my bike with a flat tyre for miles, with no one to help. Then I came across this shop and the owner saw me, checked the problem and fixed in within a minute. May god bless him. He was both respectful and believed in passing on the good.

Worth every star. The service is really great. I don’t have standard bicycle. I had to replace my tires and they were not findable in The Netherlands. So they searched then for me and ordered the tires and replaced them.

They even picked up and delivered the bike as they were nearby anyway. After the reparation I noticed that the saddle was damaged. Without questions they offered a free one in return.

If you are looking for a good bike repair shop, I highly recommend this one.

I've used several bike shops in the area for several years all were a let down until I found this place. Quick cheap professional and great customer service. 5 stars!

Discovered this place as one of the only places we could find selling second hand and new bikes (on a Sunday). Alex who helped us was patient with our requests and explained things well. He negotiated us part exchanging two old bikes for new ones and kitted them out with certain added accessories. He had to keep the store open past the 5pm closing time to do so. We also felt he gave us a reasonable discount on one of the bikes and even threw in a particular item for free. Cycling around the park and then on the Monday back to the Hoek of Holland was so much more enjoyable for my wife and daughter.
I would definitely recommend this shop and Alex who was so attentive to our needs and a really great guy! There will always be the odd negative review for every place you go but my advice is to go check out mauricebikes.nl for yourself and only make your mind up after doing so!

Best experience in a bike shop. Understood my budget and offered me something in that range. They offer 3 months guarantee on the bike and they have helped me change one part that broke free of charge. Would recommend to others as well!

I went to at least 5 other shops until I arrived at Maurice Bikes and honestly I couldn't recommend them enough! The service was amazing, they really helped me choose the best option for me, without trying to oversell any models or pushing for something I didn't want. They really made an effort helping me on my decision without rushing me. I actually took 2 days to decide what to buy and went to the shop 3 times. On all 3 times they were friendly and helpful. In the end I bought my bike with them and I'm super happy with the service provided and with my bike! :) Thanks a lot!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Everybody is always super friendly and they do repairs in a quick turnaround and for a fair price! Also bought a bike there and I am super happy with it.
