Incredible bike shop! These guys serve the perfect cocktail of artistry and functionality. After they worked on both of my bikes - bikes ride as if they have been re-born. Highest level bike repair in Amsterdam. For me Bicicare is the only choice!

Excellent bike rental. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very reasonably priced, an electric cargo bike here was cheaper than a push bike with a wooden box from one of the outlets with shops all over the city. The bike was in great condition. Highly recommend Bici Bikes.

Best bakfiets cargo bike rental and repair in town. Frequently booking with these guys, always friendly, available and professional. Also had a bike repaired couple of times. Can’t make mistake booking here.

an amazing place to rent a cargo bike in Amsterdam!! such a great service, we couldn't make a reservation because I didn't know which type of bike I should choose. the guy working there was such a great help for us, he explained everything friendly and nicely and helped to pick one for us. the bike itself was amazingly comfortable and cool, my little sis was so happy to have an adventure like this!! would recommend this place to anybody who will ask 🌟

These guys are incredible. A friend suggested this place and we bought our Urban Arrow from them about 3 years ago. There are at least 10 other bike places closer to our home but my feet keeps bringing me to them. Their craftsmanship is great. The bike feels brand new after every service appointment. They never try to sell you something you don't need. (Alex once talked me out of something I wouldn't need, even though he could easily sell me the stuff to make a quick buck.) Finally, they are always extremely friendly and helpful. It feels like you're not there to drop your bike but rather to have a quick coffee chat.

We went to Bicicare this week and hired an electric cargo bike for my partner and our daughters, and 2 normal bikes for myself and my Dad. The man (I think he was called Alex) was so helpful, he took care to take his time explaining everything, and was really friendly, he gave us some great tips about the city too. We’ll be back in a few months and will make sure we use Bicicare again, we know we’ll be in safe hands!

I recently rented an electric cargo bike for a 19km ride to meet a client, where I had to bring along several bags for the job. Personal approach and super friendly. You can also hire bikes and cargo bikes to safely transport your kids or to move goods across the city. Cargo bikes have electric cycling assistance.

Rented the Urban Arrow Family from them for a couple hours. Alex was very friendly and direct, I could just leave my ID with them and I was on my way. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend 10/10!

The best bike shop in Amsterdam. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got a flat and I also wanted to have a full check done on my bike. They were full, but managed to fix the flat in the same day. Someone cancelled and they also did the full check for me. Like getting a new bike after work! Good prices too!

What a great and kind service! I rented an urban arrow for my little nephew to transport him easy through the city to different playgrounds and we both had a blast. He loves the bike and so do I. So easy to drive and the cherry on the cake is the easy renting and super lovely service. I’ll definitely come back!

What can I say? Alex is the most enthusiastic bike shop owner I've ever met here in Amsterdam. I was hesitant at first because of the many dodgy bike shops around the city, but hands down for BiciCare! Read the reviews and you'll see what I mean.

BiciCare is one of the few stores in Amsterdam where you can rent electric cargo bikes. I rented one for the weekend for a really reasonable rate.

Really nice bike repair store. The owner Alex helpened me out many times with fixing my bike as speedy and as good as possible. Also rented a electric Bakfiets once from this place, price was very reasonable and the bike was perfect quality! Would go there any time again!

My bike broke down close to BiciCare. Thankfully I received immediate help from a very friendly team. I went to a coffee store nearby and in no-time I was well on my way, for a reasonable price.
