Kelly Phan Nails

I've been a customer of Kelly Phan Nails for years. Their pedicures are good, gellac service is equally good, with a wide range of colors to choose from and long-lasting results.
If there's anything I'm not completely satisfied with during my appointment, whether it's the shape of a nail or the application of gellac, I speak up, and they're more than happy to fix it on the spot. This level of attentiveness and willingness to accommodate their clients' needs is truly commendable.
Some technicians may be more skilled than others. So don't hesitate to speak up if something isn't to your liking—it's always easier to address it in the moment than to regret it later.

I come here for years now. What I appreciate the most about this salon is how they treat people: friendly and respectful, don’t underestimated how important this is. Sometimes you need to wait a little but most of the times they try to make time for you. They could work more on details for a sharper result on the nails but overall I’m happy with their service.

Kelly has not only the experience, but also the customer service and the family feel like. I have been coming here for years not only has she be able to create every vision that I had for my nails, but also has she always been very welcoming of me in my Moroccan attitude and if I come in with all of my family, it’s all fine to talk Arabic Dutch or English. She is one of the few nail stylist that is still able to listen to what you would want to create! I love to come here! Check it out!

I’ve read some bad experiences about this place, I’m that kind of person that read them all because I’m very perfectionist when someone is doing my nails but i decided to try because I saw pictures of their nails and I thought it was a good work. And honestly I don’t understand this opinions. I went this morning and they did my nails perfectly, the girls were chatty with me and super kind, they put effort while doing the nails and they were quick with a perfect work. I’ll come back for sure! Thanks!

Kelly Phan and her staff are very friendly. Their work and Customer Service is excellent. Been here 5 times and I always leave happy and satisfied out of the nail salon.

I've tried several salons before and since I discovered Kelly Phan Nails, I never go anywhere else for my nails.

This is the only place I get my nails done in Amsterdam! They do a great job and the gel paint lasts for weeks. Once in the last three years my paint chipped within 2 weeks and when I went in they re-filled and painted those nails for free.

My first ever experience in a nailsalon. It's really nice, they are skilled and know what they are doing. Their colours are beautiful! I came there with two friends unannounced and still they could help us almost immediately. Thanks!

Honestly; this way so much better than expected! I normally don go here but due to Holidays this was the best option. Did a fill up and 3 nails repair for my acrylic nails and it was extremely quick and very very well done. Price was 35 euro for refill and 3 nails. Overall VERY happy. Def. would recommend. (also nice: just sit down and relax, no forces small talk, I like that a lot. Even got a phone holder so I could just watch a movie)
