In December 2019 we rented an apartment in Amsterdam through A1EE and we handed over the apartment few days ago.
Our experience with them was excellent! They offer the best apartments we have seen, in terms of quality, services, location, in addition to excellent client relations. Their agents are amazingly flexible and understanding.

Amazing agency! If you're first time in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, definetely recommend to use A1 Executive Estate servies.
They are helping in all kind of stuff. I was lost my keys and it was end of the day, most of the services are already closed, and it was my second week in The Netherland, I had no idea how can I find locksmith service.

A1 Executive Estate was a great choice in January 2017, as expatriates, We was worried me and my wife about finding a good place to rent with a honest price,and after finding a house in the web ,we contacted Hella, the agency manager, She helped the process a lot. guided us through the process,from meeting with the owner (via skype), visiting the house until obtaining the keys, the process was really very fast and she was waiting for everything to make us satisfied,we appreciate that a lot. After 3 years living in this rent house , we were lucky to buy our house, obviously we contacted Hella for the final visit of the house ( check out ) and returned the keys, she promised us to
return our deposit money back in one week, honestly, we received our deposit money on time like she promess. I highly recommend her .. Hella is a very professional woman, and I feel honored to meet her, ... thanks Hella .

Great Service

The Team at the A1 Executive are just about as good as it gets. I have rented houses from various agents in the past but my experience with A1EE was really head and shoulders above the rest. Hella is always on her toes,super busy,still she finds time to reply to emails and phone calls. The team give you proper advise which can help you settle down better new country, new area, new house. They are sympathetic towards the needs of the tenants.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

Thanks to A1EE and especially Hella, we have got our place in a very short period of time (1 week). It was just close to impossible. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we view the desired properties; and walked us through the important details as well as giving us valuable feedback on which one should be most suitable to our situation.

Next to that, her team helped us out on arranging the utilities and even negotiating a deposit amount that satisfied both the landlord and ourselves. The landlord is also very responsive and helpful to resolve any complaint we had.

Our stay in Amstelveen has come to an end a few weeks ago. Thanks to A1 Executive Estate (especially to agent Hella), we got our place very fast in the beginning in a beautiful location right next to the Amsterdamse Bos.
We were very impressed and also were feeling secure when the agent went through the documents very thoroughly, pointed out important aspects, and walked us through each step of the process with great transparency. It was great additional consulting service to us, which is highly appreciated.
She also listened to our wishes of an ideal place and tried to get the best outcome on our behalves. That is a very important factor to us personally.

Hella did a great job during the period that she was involved to sell our house in 2017. She was accurate, driven and punktual. Furthermore she arranged the best tenant who rented our house for a half year during the selling period. In the past we did business direct with tenants but unfortunately not with success.
