I am happy with my purchase, but I was wrongly advised to purchase Microsoft Office (150 Euro) because my Office 365 would not work on the new computer. This has not proven to be the case and the Office account works perfectly.
I will discuss this with the shop soon.

As usual, I was greeted by a friendly employee, and after telling why I came was redirected to the area I had to wait. After just a few minutes, I was then helped by another friendly CoolBlue member, and he even showed me some alternatives, before I bought the product I came for.

The customer service rocks, and other companies can learn a thing or two from CB.

Friendly staff, nice and clean store, can be a bit busy at times and parking can be difficult or expensive. Customer service is great.

Today I was helped by Yazan, which was an outstanding customer experience - he helped me with 6 different topics patiently and gave me excellent advices on everything. Yazan is customer friendly and knowledgeable, and above all, he is enthusiastic about helping people and addressing their needs! Well done!

A super easy ordering experience, and no hassle. The trick is you have to register up front (add your name to the list), and then they'll call you in the back when there's someone around to help. This is way better than other stores where you have to hunt down the super busy clerks.
On top of that they are an Apple reseller, and they had on stock the MacBook configuration I wanted, which I would have to wait a week for at Apple. For the same price.

I have just bought a Samsung TV 65 inches. I have found the Coolblue staff very professional staff, a good gamma of products available, very good presentations on available TV technologies (LED, OLED, QLED), suggestions customised to customer needs. I am very satisfied overall about Coolblue until now.

Nice showroom with good options available. Staff is also knowledgeable and gives good and honest advice. We went to buy a TV and got what we wanted. (LG G2) You can have free coffee.

Your website is friendly, the fact that you can switch to English is very important for a tourist like me.
I understood from my children who live in Amsterdam that the site is highly recommended, I did not know it.
Since I wanted a certain computer, I decided to come to the store myself, get an impression, and there's nothing like talking to a representative.
At the entrance, a representative was waiting for me with a smile, took my name and said that a representative who becomes available will call me.
There is a hot drink dispenser at the entrance, I enjoyed the amazing sound room, a beautiful, spacious store. Truly an amazing customer experience.
A representative approached me, I came with a long list of requests, questions, and doubts, he went over everything with me, recommended what suits me best, especially because I'm buying the computer for another country. He answered very patiently, advised me and I purchased what was recommended.
The computer was ordered and I came to pick it up from the store the next day.
I requested a receipt for a customs refund, and received wonderful service on this issue as well.
I highly recommend, to anyone who happens to be in Amsterdam, to go and enjoy the store and the service and of course the products.

Customer centered thinking at it’s best. Members of staff are all welcoming and help you in every possible way. Was returning a product that stopped working. Without any hesitation the product was exchanged for a working one. Service with a smile. Or ‘klaar terwijl je lacht’. Happily paying a bit more to save me from the media markt headache.
