I made my way from Germany to Amsterdam to buy a Kona Sutra SE because the bike was not available anywhere else. I couldn't have made a better decision! Not only am I totally satisfied with the new bike, but the advice and service on the spot were also unique. He took all the time he needed to adjust the bike to my needs and clarify all open questions.
For the great service and the very warm welcome, a big thank you to you, Rathu. If I ever have to buy a bike again, I already know where to buy it.

I had a great experience with Rahtour. I bought a Kona Sutra SE 2022 from them and I had to have it delivered to Denmark. Once money was transferred, the bike was sent and arrived in perfect timing and conditions. In the meantime, my email exhanges with Rathu were always positive and helpful. The overall experience regarding product and service was a 5/5.

I was looking for an hybrid bike. I just stopped by that shop and the seller was able to provide me advices, do a test ride, without forcing me to purchase. I would definitely recommend that shop for new or second hand bike purchases and also for repair, maintenance. Very professional and nice staff. Rahtour is all quality and hard work. The owner, Rathu, is hands on and always upbeat. It’s a fun and down to earth shop with high quality bikes / gear. From basic fiets to gravel / mtb / road / electric whatever dream builds. Rathu will do it!

The people of Rahtour not only left my (and my girlfriends) race bikes like new (quickly and at good price) but they are also always willing to help with anything I needed with my other bikes: like tweaking my maintenance-intensive Vanmoof (and not letting me pay for it), helping me remove a broken key from inside the lock...I strongly recommend them!

I’ve been to this shop several times for repairs. I’ve always been very pleased with their work. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been to 2 other bike repair shops in Noord, & by far the best work I’ve had done has been at this shop.

Sehr guter Service. Bei meinem E-bike hat die Software versagt. Mir wurde wurde umgehend geholfen und als kurzzeitigen Ersatz, bekam ich ein Leihrad, um zum Campingplatz zurück zufahren. Nach nicht mal 2 Stunden konnte ich mein Bike wieder abholen und alle Probleme gelöst. Ich kann dieses tolle Team einfach nur nur weiterempfehlen.
Verständigung war in englisch und trotz meiner bescheidenen Sprachkenntnisse, haben wir uns verstanden. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Hilfe.

Ik heb een Kona Sutra bij Rathu besteld online, deze mogen bekijken in zijn gezellige zaakje in Amsterdam. Ten eerste, een hele warme, aardige, en oprechte man die niks probeert aan te smeren.

Deze fiets heb ik mogen ontvangen via een courier dienst een week daarop. Er waren wat kleine mankementen met de fiets aan de hand.

Ik werd direct en meteen gerustgesteld van deze problemen en heeft Rathu dit probleemloos meteen voor mij opgelost.

Kortom, een hele aardige, eerlijke zaak, lost alles netjes op, op tijd. Topzaak voor Kona fietsen!

Erg goed geholpen door meneer Rathu. Nam de tijd voor me. En mocht op 2 fietsen proefrijden zonder problemen. Zeker aan te raden.
