Wonderful overall experience! I had a rental car through my insurance. Staff was very friendly and helpful as it was the first time having a rental car. Collected the car from Swanns Road Cambridge, greeted and welcome by Rhys. His politeness and efficiency put me at ease. Returning the car was straight forward and went smoothly with the help of Peter and Rhys. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Enterprise for their exceptional service!

Excellent experience! The location is right next to Amsterdam Centraal station; it's easy to find. The staff is really friendly, and if possible, they make sure you get the best car in the available class. The parking garage below is large and spacious, easily accessible by car. The entire process from reservation to vehicle return is a five-star service, for sure.

Our company travels to Lynchburg often for business and a rental car is always needed. We had the pleasure of working with Robert last month, at the 2100 Wards Rd. location. He went above and beyond to help us with a same day rental and even delivered the vehicle to us on site. He was super easy to work with and took the time to set up a plan for us to return the vehicle to make it easier on us. Robert was very professional and had great customer service skills. We will be a returning customer for sure!! Thank you!!

I rented a car for a week at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam.
I do this regularly, using whatever agency offers me the cheapest deal on the sort of car I need. I don't usually perceive a lot of difference among different rental agencies and do not feel any loyalty to a particular rental agency (I tried, but it didn't work out in the long run...).
What I liked about Enterprise this time around was the clear communication (by email) starting a few days before my scheduled pick up, and continuing throughout my rental. At each point, the message did not only offer reminders but also options to make changes if necessary (different pick up date / time, change return date / time, etc.) which -although I didn't make any changes- was useful.
Pick up was smooth, fast and friendly, as was drop-off. Top marks all around.
I'd subtract half a star (if I could) for the fact that Enterprise does not include unlimited mileage with their rentals, which seems like an anachronism (especially since I could have rented exactly the same car for exactly the same daily rate at a competing rental agency, but with unlimited miles). Given the small size of The Netherlands, mileage limitations are unlikely to be that important, but still...

Service and car were brilliant. And they released my full deposit in a few hours. I highly recommend.

Only thing I have to say is 100/10 (this is not mistake). Employee who gave us the car was super polite and helpful, and we were so pleased with car specially because it was brand new one with only 3500 km. Lot of sensors so driving was super safely. Again 100/10.

This place was great to rent a car from. The counter staff were friendly and polite towards me. The pick up and drop off is super straight forward/easy to do (and they brought the car out of the parking garage for me which was great).

The car itself was super new, and clean felt like I was the first one to drive it. I would absolutely book through them again!

This was my first time experience with enterprise. I collected the car from Amsterdam centraal branch. The staff welcomed me and explained me that unfortunately mazda 6 estate that i booked not available, but offered me an option with Mercedes cla200 year 2023. My only concern was only about luggage space, it seems small back space but when i checked it was spacious and capable to load it with 3 big and 1 small luggages. Car performance also great, easy handling, average fuel consumption around 6-7ltr per 100km, comfortable for long range driving via highway/autobahn, city road and village road. Overall I am satisfied with the car & will contact enterprise again if i need a car rental again in the future.

You can say bad things about this rental company but for me it’s my go to company booked a economy and get a golf 8 automatic

The office location in Central is in a very convenient location and the directions for vehicle delivery and delivery are extremely fast. Follow the signs when returning from the vehicle. (-2). All you have to do is park at the M columns on the first floor and hand over the car keys to the mechanism next to the elevator. I would recommend it to everyone

I had great sevice customer service too at Enterprise Rental the car was clean . Everyone one at that office was very polite. Paul was great too and his team. Rented a car here for a few days. Service from the team was very good. Very friendly staff at desk (no line too), at pick up and drop off. Was quite impressed to be honest. Forgot an item in the car and got a quick call, in time for me to go back and collect before catching my flight. In all one of the best rental car experiences ever.

simply faultless. I have rented cars from every car rental at Amsterdam Airport. After some time I have chosen Enterprise/Alamo as my favourite and I always try to book a car with them. The reaason is simple: the people, all people, working there are friendly, professional, helpful and skillful.
Checking in is fast, checking out even faster. Cars are almost always as good as new or nealry new. Always clean and always in top condition. the paperwork is transparant as well.

My experience dealing with David and Kayley at the Cornwallis, Greensboro location has been excellent. They were professional, answered all my questions and very accommodating with special requests. I even left my garage door opener behind and they are mailing it to me. Above and beyond. Will rent again from them anyday!

Awesome experience, Alexandra was very prompt and friendly even though the phones were ringing off the hook. Had to return the car early due to incliment weather and that was almost as easy as pickup. If only all car rental locations were as easy and pain free as this one!
