Brought my rabbit here for body checkup cause he was sneezing.

It was pleasant to call and make appointment. The receptionist who picked up call sounded knowledgeable and already get my rabbit information before heading to the vet. When i called to cancel appointment because my rabbit was already fine, they also followed up in the call and made sure my rabbit is fine, and advised me to keep monitor.

Brought my pet rabbit to visit Dr.Lynn after got recommended from other rabbit pet parents. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, friend and easy to get along. Got my rabbit disease cured and problem solved. Doctor do give advice and tips according to the rabbit weight and age as well which diet should I focus in. Call to make an appointment in advance else walk in may have to wait to give priority to those with appointment first.

Love this vet very much. It’s so clean tat you won’t be able to smell any odour in the clinic. Been attached with doc Lynn since my 1st visit during last September. Had been returning almost once a month or every 3 months to check on my coco’s bad eyes condition.

Coco is a very old dog and she is having cataract in both her eyes. She couldn’t see anymore but due the thick cataract on her eye, it’s causing her eye pressure go up very high and she might feel uncomfortable and painful if the condition gets worst.

Thanks to doc Lynn’s help my coco is recovering.

Dr. Lynn is consistently kind and always lovely. We always turn to her for advice regarding our puppy, appreciating her expertise and caring approach.

Very gentle nurses and vet :) Got my bunny spayed here and everything has been going well. After care instructions were given clearly. Will bring my bunnies here again for trusted checkup.

One of the best veterinary centre in island that you can visit. Mainly on appointment based thus please give a call before going is recommended.

The only vet in penang that is reliable and effective in handling pets. Three visit and already healed 70% of my pup's skin issue.
The rest of them* vet are rubbish. I took my pup to manyyy vet centre for the past 3 years for skin issue, but all of them just google* their answer. Spend nearly 19k at those rubbish vet and no effect seen, dozens lab test sent for testing but no result seen. All they said is bacteria infection or fungus infection. Plus the over dosage medication prescription nearly killed my pup.
Ark vet are professional and very knowledgable in their field of work, the rest of the vet in penang is simply rubbish.

Very professional and meticulous vet, I would recommend Dr Lynn to anyone. I have brought my rabbit here countless times, and she is always very assuring. Appreciate that the Ark is responsive to messenger too, during the few times that I needed consultation for rabbit complications. Definitely make an appointment to avoid long wait as her schedule is quite often full during weekends.

Dr Lin is very helpful and very patient. Consultant and medical charges seem reasonable. Very clean and hygienic environment also ! My 14 year old cat was able to recover from kidney disorder under Dr Lin’s care. I also bring all my other furry babies here for regular checkups and veterinary care.

Dr Lynn and staff are professional, about 2 months only my cat's diabetic back to normal and don't need to inject any insulin anymore. Dr and nurse will explain every details, Dr even will provide what is the best food list for diabetic cat. Really good service!

Very professional, clean and modern. They did a fantastic job on my cat's teeth extraction and have gone above and beyond with the service and care in her recovery. I really trust them and I love how punctual they are.

My stray cats, Yau Cheong, who got his ears practically chopped off when hiding in the car engine, was practically surviving to live, phone Dr Lynn, drove immediately to her place, tho fully packed, she attended to him immediately, now after 3months, he's so cheeky, highly intelligent and full of life. My other cat Yau Hei was down with bacteria attack on her cheek and chin. I drew out half a bowl of pus daily for three days, when I brought her to see Dr Lyn, she wasn't eating, Dr Lyn, was very spot on with her diagnosis, double type of antibiotics and asked me to watch her, and surgery needed if condition worsens. Yau Hei didn't need surgery, she got better, weight improved, very good appetite and the last visit, Dr Lyn, didn't charge me anything though she is always full with her appointments. She's a very dedicated and compassionate Dr.,all cases handled by her and no houseman or interns, very grateful to Dr Lyn

dr is gentle, patient, competent, experienced and handles the animals very well. the place is extremely clean with a calm environment, well run and staff are friendly and efficient though may be a little bit pricey. most importantly, the dr & staff treats the animals well. have recommended ark to many other pet owners and have heard back great feedback from those that went. do call ahead for an appointment. their system is designed to ensure you and your furkid do not have a long waiting time but you do have to ensure you are on time for your appointment.

update: had my cat spayed here and everything went extremely well. my cat has fully recovered with no complications after a few days. was given clear directions for pre and post op by friendly and helpful staff. on surgery day, Dr met with us to personally talk us through the process, informed us of the risks and checked the cat. staff called with updates upon surgery completion. my cat was able to go home in the evening on the same day. dissolvable stitches were used so there was no necessity for later removal. my cat was treated with genuine care and gentleness. the whole event was managed so well that it minimises an owner's worries as much as possible.

I can't say enough about Ark Veterinary Centre! The place is miraculously clean and neat. You will instantly feel the sense of calmness. I still remember very well, Snowy instantly like Dr Lynn the moment she met her and was very excited and keep wagging her tail. She's really genuine animal lover and Snowy can sense it for sure. Aside, Dr Lynn amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took her time & patiently explaining all the details related to Snowy's spay surgery. She try her best to answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and was super friendly and approachable. This make me feel relief & peace of mind to handle Snowy to her & and team under their care. So far, the spaying surgery went well without any post op complications. Amazingly, Snowy back to her normal self on the 2nd day after the spay. They also have an excellent system to dial up ahead to secure appointment. So basically you don't have to wait for the Vet to attend to your furkid. But try to be there earlier to avoid late appointment. I'm happy with friendly nurses who were gentle and patient with my Snowy. Thank you very much Dr.Lynn & Ark team for taking good care of Snowy with genuine heart full of gentleness. Dr Lynn so far is best of the best! Highly recommended!
