All Staffs were friendly but they need extensive service training from the management. Lack of proper knowledge of F&B.

A wide variety of dishes for breakfast for overnight guests. You order from the menu and it'll be served to you and you're more than welcome to have second third or fourth helpings! Loved the cold pressed juice where you select your veggies or fruits combo and they'll serve it at your table. Food portion is good, let's just say after breakfast, I can skip lunch 😊

Breakfast was included with our stay and wow, I was blown away by the amazing food and array of breakfast items on display. If you are here on a health retreat, you can hand-pick fresh fruits and vegetables to be juiced for you. If you want to indulge in something a bit naughty, the chef can prepare fresh waffles or crepes with delicious exotic fruit and cream. Eggs can also be cooked however you want it. Jams are homemade. The restaurant itself is located in what can be called a rainforest paradise. You can eat your breakfast with the hot springs in the background. Truly beautiful. The members of staff are very attentive and always taking care of you during breakfast. Can't wait to return.

Had lunch here to celebrate mother's day. The food we ordered were quite basic but the quality of the food are great. I personally love the ayam percik, order a whole chicken and had it spilt into two portions. The chicken is quite big and the taste is really good. They will serve you bread while you wait for your main course. There are also quite the selection of alcoholic drinks available here.

Located within The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat, The Pomelo serves Asian and Western cuisine for breakfast. Thanks to our server, Balan, for reserving an outdoor table for us. Breakfast is semi buffet style with some items self service while mains need to be ordered. There are options for vegetarians as well. We had pastries, omelette, nasi lemak, roti canai, salad, coffee, etc. and all were served quickly and delicious. Balan also made us freshly squeezed pure orange juice. A very enjoyable breakfast at a lovely venue. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Having my birthday dinner here. The Pamelo restaurant was truly amazing, the music, the ambience takes our minds away from the busy city. The food was amazing and all the waitress and waiters was very friendly too! Thank you to the chef for a special dessert for my birthday. Shout out and a big thanks to a staff name Fendy for brought us walking around and explaining everything about Banjaran. Such a great experience there. Sure will come again! ❤

I had three meals here and nearly everything I ordered was delicious. Standouts were the Chicken Rendang, the Kai Si Hor Fun (available during breakfast) and the Duck Egg Char Kuey Tiao.

The price was a little steep, but that was to be expected in a high-end resort like The Banjaran.

The service could do with some improvement, however. I occasionally found it difficult to get the attention of a member of the wait staff.

Overall, 5 stars because the quality of food surprised me, as I typically do not expect much from hotel / resort restaurants.

Peaceful Paradise. This was a truly relaxing experience! The villa is just amazing, with your own hot spring spa off your bedroom on one side and your own swimming pool off the other side. The spa treatments are tailored to needs and you feel like you have a new body. As for the meals, The Pomelo Restaurant produces some for the finest dining I have ever had. I will be back.

Excellent meals, from breakfast to dinner. Great local choices and also very good Western food. The pizzas from the recently acquired wood oven are simply amazing! But the best of all is the amability of all the staff. Simply delightful!

Pamelo is more than just a luxury restaurant. The warm welcome and exceptional service create a refined atmosphere. The flavorful and artistically presented dishes are a delight to the taste buds. Pamelo deserves more than five stars; it is a culinary gem not to be missed.

Food is amazing! Excellent taste and is filling too! The ambience and the surrounding chatters and chirps of the animals makes it very calming and takes our mind away from the bustling city. Excellent breakfast spread. Whether local, Asian or western. Everything cook to perfection. Even roti canai and nasi lemak was par excellence. The variety was amazing from Japanese to western to Ipoh specials.
