My kid love the playground here, no one is around at this time of hour.

If you have a bunch of friends or family members, and choose to occupy the upstairs section, do not worry,
they have their friendly & helpful Customer Service crew to help you find suitable tables to sit.

Then you just need to jod down your orders for everyone, then she/they will bring you downstairs to help you key in the system efficiently (very fast).
Just need your leader/person who jod down the overall orders to go downstairs with her, the rest of you juz continue your chat n jokes!

*if you mentioned you have cards/points, she can even advise you how to get the greatest benefit (free meal or etc.).

And lastly, the food will be served straight to your tables!

Much better than BK, also the fries taste quite good I must say so myself!

Been going to this McDonalds for 7 years now, consistently a great location. Good McCafe, fast service, food and drink always hot (or cold) and plenty of seating inside, outside and upstairs.

Warning DO NOT PARK in the street use the private parking behind. I got a ticket about 90 seconds after I parked in what appeared to be a free parking area.

Dont call your self as “Burger Lover” If haven’t tried this burger by @Burger Akak Manjoi. Pls take note this is Street Burger 👍

Clean! That sayvit all. The fries is fresh. Unlike others, which is too dry. The atmosphere is comfy. Others are dirty and oily. Good job guys. Keep it up

Very popular outlet, especially drive through. Helpful staff and food is McD style

It's my favourite place to hang out when charging my EV. There is a small fence door from petronas to the Mcdonald restaurant.

The best mcdonalds i have ever been. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Once, i wanted to dine in and the fried chicken is sold out, one of the staff call the other mcdonalds branch just to ask if the fried chicken is still available. Truly touched by the act. So thoughtful. ❤

Clean and spacious
Service staff are kind and attentive
Most importantly they got a clean and dry toilet with toilet paper and a clean sink
Which has no mosquitoes inside

Pro-tip: Use the McD app and order takeaway and pay ahead of time. Arrive and order ready for immediate pickup. The McD app is like the screen at McD.

Love that there are two lanes for drive thru but the waiting is still a bit long as the pick up booth is still only one. But overall okay, the lady at the paying and pick up booth are efficient and friendly.

Drive-thru fast food chain with cafe. Friendly and polite staff. This outlet employed two handicapped persons whom are friendly and helpful. Smiles from every staff. Fast service but need to wait during certain hours. Free wifi and parking for patronages. The only McDonald outlet in the city with free newspaper.

It was a pleasant experience dining in this Maccas. Especially the great customer service by Ms. Syuhada (the manager) and her Team. Going above & beyond.
