Pantai Hospital Ipoh

This is my first time warded to hospital. The hospital facilities is advanced and the room environment is good. The housekeeping service is good. The ward nurses caring and responsible. Dr Lim C.S explained in detail and patient. The OT nurses are very helpful. Kudos to all the nurses and doctors. You all are the best 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nothing to complaint. Good Hospitality & Nice people. Having a good experience here . Although there's not many parking lot, but we can used their buggy service FREE for all. 5 star for their buggy service .

Excellent service, great food with own choices, comfortable room, bathroom and always kept clean . Doctor and nurse were polite and helpful. This is my first time here. Feel like at home

The doctors,nurses and staffs are so kind,very attentive and polite. Doctors give good explaination regarding our son condition. The facilities are superb and comfortable. Admission also smoothly and well. Thank you so much!

Was admitted for few days in Pantai Hospital Ipoh for gastric, was treated by Dr. Lim CS. He was very detailed in explanation, always asking whether I've got better after treatment. The environment is clean. The medical staffs here was very helpful from the Emergency till admitted to Ward 3. All staffs from medical to cleaning were very friendly.
Since I've been troubled by gastric, I was particular about my food and I found that the F&B Kitchen staffs and chef here really did a great job in giving care to their patients. Compliments to Cik Asmahani also for being so friendly and caring. The food was covered properly with separate plates and they serve balance and nutritional meals. Most importantly the food was hot when served.
Overall experience here is very good. No complain from me.😊

I have been warded in maternity ward for 3days 2night, those nurses in the ward was so helpful and caring, they tc of me and my baby well, their food was good and other’s service as well. Happy that I choose Pantai hospital. Thank you again for the team and all those behind the scenes💐

Been admitted with my daughter. Both of us having a great time in the ward. And all the staff and food is good. Just one thing that i have problem with is the admission and discharge department where they have been pending my discharge for almost 6 days. Just that need to be focus on that. Other that that i love PHI

Nurses and doctors are very helpful. The services provided by them are very good, which is beyond my expectations. The guidance from the patient ambassador about the process flow of discharge helped me a lot.

No one likes to be admitted in a hospital, but my cardiologist Dr Chan and the nurses at the emergency ward and Ward 3B made my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. They took good care of me. Very grateful to all of them🙏

Got into this hospital for almost 6 days, the nurses are all so kind , they did their job well , they did not miss to check on their patient , the doctors here is so highly recommended, their experience make them so expert in handling the patient , i simply love being in here its just feel like a 5 star hotel , such a wonderful experience and emergency room nurse very good and efficient 😉

A very good services at Pantai Hospital ipoh. I was warded at HDU 3A. Some of the staff & nurse at HDU 3A are done a good job especially Mdm Ananthi, Mdm Nanthini, Cik Shahirah, shasvan and so on.
