McDonald's Sunway City Ipoh DT

My favourite Mcd branch in Ipoh. They serve good coffee, hash brown and burgers.

Car park is spacious, have more drive-thru waiting 🅿.

Food was nice during normal day.
But food was a bit different when visit during peak hours.
The fried was soft instead of crispy. Also, feels like soak in oils when served. I think it's maybe they don't follow SOP when peaks.

Very nice and beautiful outlet. Yes ofcourse taste is the same.

Very very good service. Staffs are professional and caring. The restaurant very clean and tidy. The Malay staff cares the Chinese elder citizen with full of politeness. And I can see the another lady supervisor briefing the new trainee very efficient. Good. Great job.

Due to the current UNNECESSARY BOYCOTT for all U.S product/outlet related .. the McD outlet is totally deserted & only a few customer patronizing it

Kudos to the staff from this branch. The service was immaculate, I saw staff attend to a lady that was in crutches, they asked her to sit down and took her order remotely and sent it to her.

I also had to take some medication, and when one of the staff saw that she immediately asked me if I needed warm water and got me a cup.

The staff were pretty amazing (second day of Chinese New Year) given the extreme chaos of the place at 11pm. Service with a smile and probably the most pleasant service staff I've met in a long while. Orders were also accurate and very quick. 2 thumbs way up!

This outlet is quite small for a growing place like Tambun. My recent visit took me almost half an hour from start of queuing until the ordering post via the Drive Thru. But it's mostly super busy during night time as Malaysians love late night snacks. Most other time, it's okay to visit for dining in or takeaway.

Quite nice with cosy environment and have an open air spaces. Sometimes, it full with student doing they work as it was close to a college. A few parking spaces, enough for a week day but quite full in the weekend. As a bite stop for those who just out from the Tambun Lost World Waterpark. Especially for those who with family that is not staying in.

Spacious area, food is very delicious, it was still warm and i liked it a lot. Parkings are provided, and for disabled people parking also provided. Didnt dine in but just drive thru, staffs are very polite and confirm order before stating price.

Typical fast food restaurants. Staff really welcoming. SOP for covid-19 prevention also tip top. But the iced milo is a disappointment. Plain taste just like they added water.

I bought 3 happy meals, 2 mc chicken and 3 sundae cone icecream, it's difficult to carry together but staff make it easy while other branches didn't. Really amazing staff. Thank you

Since the pandemic hit us, McD Sunway is open for drive through only. Be patient, the queue can be very long. They are doing their best to accomodate us.

I always love this mcd cause the environment plus this new look is a lot more cooler. also the chicken is freshly fried. and the staffs here is very polite. i lavhhh ittt
