I had seen this Cave Restaurant on YouTube and just had to book when visiting Ipoh. We absolutely loved the experience. We booked the 6pm booking as it enabled us to pick our seat. The 11 course tasting menu was up there with any Michelin meal we have enjoyed. The ambience of eating in the cave was memorising. We were taken down into the wine cellar which housed over 900 bottles. The service was impeccable. What an amazing experience, we truly can't recommend it enough. Chef Boon came out to see as we left. What a nice gentleman who takes pride on making his customers happy enjoying his incredible food.

Simply amazing. The cave setting is stunning. The food and service were as good as I've ever had. Each dish was small and perfectly presented, adding up to a perfect experience. The wine list was huge, and filled with a number of international favs. We had the Margaux, a perfect compliment. My wife is pescatarian, and the chef was easy with making exquisite substitutions. A must experience.

This is definitely a must-visit in ipoh with your other half, if you are not too short on cash. Once in a lifetime experience dining in a historic natural limestone cave dressed up to the nines with candlelights, quaint Victorian decor, wine displays and impeccable music choice. Imagine dining with tranquil sound of water dripping and classical melodies. Food was good and well-value for money, includes A5 wagyu, foie gras and scallops caviar, halibut. Staff was attentive and kind as well, its the perfect place to visit for a romantic dinner!

This has been an experience I will never forget. The place, a stunning cave, is without a doubt the most unique location for a restaurant. It is gorgeous and the team have managed to respect its essence.

I wasn't expecting much from the food, as the food at the resort isn't all that great. But the truth is the menu was mind-blowing. I have visited many Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and the US and this is as good.

The quality of the produce is outstanding and the presentation and attention to detail much appreciated.

A restaurant that uses the concept of nature in the cave. Next, there are some interesting dishes that have an aroma to entice customers. For example, Halibut. In addition, the prices of each food and drink are reasonable. Finally, the restaurant's high level of cleanliness and satisfaction. I recommend Jeff's Collar to anyone visiting Sunway Lagoons for a swim.

If its worth for the price ,i would say yes 10/10 for the place, 10/10 for the food presentation and 10/10 for the taste. Their wagyu and lamb was outstanding...the meat was so tender. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

A unique place for dining, loved the cave environment and amazed at the stalactites and stalagmites within. Not forgetting the rock pools as well. Was in awe of nature and how they've managed to fit a whole dining experience within! Service was good, and had a good time enjoying the food. It's pricey but worth the penny for a special night out for sure. We tried both menu, Inception and Tanah. Most notable dish for me was the Taugeh. Using beansprout as a dish for dessert. Unique indeed. There's a bar as well for those who wished for a glass or two instead of dining. No visit to Jeff's Cellar is complete without a tour of the cellar! Housing over 2m worth of wine, with the most expensive bottle costing over 70k, it's an eye opening experience indeed.

A very unique dining experience with well crafted menu where you can pick the international menu or Tanah/local ensemble. The highlights are foie gras, wagyu and honey milk tea dessert. The wines are a bit overpriced and also, there is almost no reception in the inner part of the dining area which may be rather inconvenient. Overall, this is an excellent place for special occasion.

Once-in-a-lifetime fine-dining experience. Absolutely blown away by the enhanced flavours - Chef Boon has done marvelously in utilising each ingredient to contrast and complement, the dishes really SING! Also a BIG shout out to him for accommodating me on my husband’s “carnivore menu”.

My favourites were the Onsen Scallop, the Foie Gras and the Shrimp Bisque. The savoury one-bite scallop with caviar really set the tone for the rest of the 9-course meal (best ONE scallop I’ve ever had LOL). And for someone who is usually hesitant to eat anything liver-related, that Foie Gras sure changed my mind!

Highly recommended splurge, you won’t be disappointed!

We came for drinks after dinner at The Pomelo. Great ambiance. Grace and crew were helpful and friendly. It was a busy evening and a big group just came in. But they were speedy in setting up a table for us in a cosy spot in front of the bar counter. We ordered drinks but they were happy too to serve us the bottle of wine we did not finish at The Pomelo and brought over.
We had an enjoyable night. Thanks to the wonderful service.

Most unique dining experiences in Malaysia, Jeff’s Cellar in Ipoh is set inside a 250 million-year-old cave. This restaurant matches the stunning scenery with an equally impressive wine list and fine dining menu.
The magnificent limestone structures around Tambun in Ipoh have taken millions of years to form.
Super delicious menu is wagyu beef. Very tasty and melting in the mouth.

Amazing dining experience. Delicious food and excellent service. Came here for dinner with my wife as we were staying at the Banjaran. When we arrived, we were brought into the amazing limestone Cave. The waiter was nice enough to help us take photographs and suggest good angles for photography.

The view was amazing. We were seated literally inside the limestone Cave and food arrived quickly. The food taste amazing and service was impeccable. After we had finish dining, we had the honour to be shown by Arun to Tan Sri Jefrey's personal wine cellar. The whole experience was mind blowing. This is definitely best fine dining restaurant we've been too. Looking forward to visiting this establishment again in future.

Had fair amount of dinner at Michelin stared restaurants back in singapore, and I would say the food served here is just as good if not better overall. Service was great also. Give and take some places and dishes could be improved but overall a great experience and exceeded expectations. Would visit again when I chance back in ipoh.

Wonderful cave dining experience. Excellent service. Perfect for special occasions. Food was awesome! Their fine dine food may look little but it's not. I could barely eat anymore when it comes to desserts.
