I found out about this place from the listing in cox technic website of their certified practitioners.

After a month of misdiagnosed sprained back muscle and two months of misdiagnosed sciatica, I finally went for an MRI and diagnosed with herniated discs in L5-L4 and L4-L3. The pain was so debilitating that I have trouble walking, sitting, getting to sleep, and driving an automatic car was not possible, even bending to flush the toilet was a troublesome chore.

Later when things get a little better and it was possible for me to sit for prolonged times, I booked for a treatment at this establishment. I specifically searched for a cox technic spinal decompression therapy after personal research surmised that it was the most effective and low risk treatment for my condition.

Treatment begins right after a brief consultation. The team was very kind and accommodating to me. Since I came from abroad, they appointed me daily treatments with (mostly) two sessions each. I could start to feel the results on my third/fourth day, I was able to bend forward and rotational abdominal movement could be done pain free. There was also rapid improvement on my hamstring muscle tightness. Previously before my treatment, I would feel pain in my lower back after 30 minutes of sitting. At the end of my treatment, I could sit for 90+ minutes until the pain starts to be noticeable. Now I am also able to do exercises that requires me to bend my back.
While I wasn't 100% cured of my condition, the treatment here gave me so much improvement that I could do normal activities again and living with less pain.

I really thank dr Lim (the chiropractor), Ms Tan (the physiotherapist), and the administrative team for taking care of me during my short visit there. The staffs also gave great recommendation for places to eat.

If you plan to visit this place from abroad, I suggest that you come to Ipoh using train from Kuala Lumpur. Flights are cheaper to KL and the airport at Ipoh only have mobile stair to disembark from the plane.
