Dentist is very kind and patient for both (special need) young man, and elderly. Price is reasonable! Highly recommended! Dr shows great compassion to patients, unlike some dentists so unfriendly and impatient. Very comfortable clinic. Appointment 450pm and saw Dr at 5pm. Thank you everyone at the clinic for being so kind to my family!

Dr Darren Lai is super friendly and assisting. He explains each step thoroughly.

I did scalling at only RM90.

It is a much better option from the government ones.

The receptionist is super friendly as well.

Definitely worth the visit. I had my teeth filling and scaling here.
As i was so scared every time i went to the dentist, Dr Chan, was able to calm me down, and ensure that i was comfortable throughout the procedure. I hardly feel any pain during both procedures, and it feels very quick.I never met any dentist who taught me in detail on how i should brush my teeth, especially in an area i usually miss.
The camera really helps me in comparing the difference before and after the procedures.

Best dental experience ever! Quality and good service in Ipoh! Both doctors were very patient, knowledgeable and professional in carrying out dental procedures and explaining in detail the condition and pro and cons for each treatment. I love the microscope camera that helps us see our oral health clearly. The front desk were very polite and understanding too.

Very nice ambience with a really friendly receptionist and dentist! Went for scaling today, and photos were taken to show and explain the condition of my teeth, and the difference made after scaling. Dr Chan explained to me thoroughly on what I should do post procedure to improve my oral health. Will definitely be back again for follow up!

Went for routine scaling was very satisfied with the process & result. Front desk was super friendly while the doctor was very meticulous. The setup and equipment is up to date imo. Pricing was reasonable. Definitely will go again.

Dr. Cherlyn was kind and patience on explaining the whole procedure and potential implications from whitening treatment. There’s absolutely no pain from scaling till the end of whitening. Very satisfied from the whitening result plus the clinic team is very welcoming and follow up on post treatment as well. Will definitely patronise again. 👍🏻

Everything was fantastic. There is no way they could get even a decimal point lower than perfect. Every staff (receptionists, Dr Cherlyn, the dental assistant, the manager) did their job so well. Comfortable and clean in every way. All were warm and professional. Well fulfilling their mission to be affordable too. Been sharing how great an experience it was to many! Hope my mom (who's not been so lucky with dental visits) can have good follow up here too. (:

I went for extraction due to pain on my cracked tooth. The doctor is very nice, explained the procedure clearly and friendly. The extraction went smoothly and I am very satisfied with her service. I would recommend to my friends and family if needed. Thank you doctor.

The staff and Dr was so nice and friendly. They made sure I understood what was happening and constantly asked me if I had any question. I would honestly say this is the best dental visit I've been and the main reason would be because Dr really takes her time to explain what is wrong, how and why it ended up that way and what I should do on a daily basis. Other dental clinics never really given me explanation in detail. They were also very accommodating when I asked for pictures of my teeth before and after.

I am truly delighted to see the real potential of my teeth the moment my braces were removed after 1.5 years! I'd like to give a big shoutout to Dr. Cherlyn for her professional service throughout the period. I can confidently say that I experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort during the braces application and follow-up sessions. The front desk, Mr Teoh and Miao Zi were also incredibly attentive, always ensuring that appointments and post-care were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering getting braces. Kudos to everyone involved!

Excellent customer service and service follow up especially by the 2 clinic assistant - Mr Teoh & Ms Tan and I am pretty impressed on my 1st visit for my root canal treatment on 7th Oct 23.

A very gentle and kind lady dentist, she eased my son's worries and fear with a professional yet warm approach. Highly recommended for toddlers.

Did scaling here a few days ago. I was a little scared as it was my first time, but Dr. Chan was very patient and tolerant, and explained the procedure to me. She shared some very useful dental tips with me too. The nurses were equally friendly!

Had 3 crowned front teeth broken on a Sunday! Luckily the Clinic was open and I got the last appointment slot at 5:30 pm. After about an hour and 15 minutes, the lady doc got the teeth successfully reconstructed. Everyone (4 including the dentist) has been super friendly. Extremely happy and grateful that I got back the front teeth (I had thought they were gone forever). Enjoyed the service and will certainly iA visit them again.
