Do not book a car at the Ipoh place because they have been closed. Website is still on air but your get a refund the next day. We waited 1 hour at the trainstation as we did got a corfirmation email. All phone numbers did not answer. In the end we got to contact via whats app and the guy told us there is only one place left. So our money will be refunded.

Beware that this car rental does not refund deposits. I had to threaten them with a complaint with the Malaysia Department of Foreign Ministry. The car itself was fine and they used WeChat to communicate. If you don’t care about your deposit, go ahead and book through this company.

Excellent service from booking to pick up and easy drop off. Got a better car than I expected. However, never able to get back the deposit despite 5months constantly chase. Would have rated 5stars. Just pure dissappointment of how they didn't bother to refund.
