Food Project Cafe and Bakery

Came here for the western menu, but western selections are only available 4pm onwards. So I ordered Buttermilk Chicken with Rice. Glad it didn’t disappoint with the large portions!

Taste-wise they’re good although it can also differ based on personal preference. The gravy is more towards creamy, rich, dairy taste. Others might prefer thick, slight creamy taste which were more of thickened and seasoned less dairy based gravy.

I personally love how they are generous with their buttermilk gravy and the chickens!

Otherwise, everything else is great. I might come back sometime for dinner next time.

Hipster cafe.. Halal food.. Malay owner.. Great place with nice ambiance for dining. Suitable for single, couples or family. Mostly from the menu are western cuisine. Great number of menu to choose. Food is great but it will be great if the chicken is marinated well before it been grill..(grill chicken chop)... They have happy hour which selected menu will be cheaper. (5.00p.m to 8.00p.m). Ample parking near the restaurant. There are outside sitting area. Fast service but please consider for some food that we already know it take time to cook. 😅.. Will come back for other menu. 👍

It's very near Tambun Lost World. I have to say that the service here is really good. We celebrated a birthday here after enjoying the theme park and we had a good time. They have amazing cakes but you'll have to contact them in advance to purchase whole cakes which is cheaper than buying slices in the shop.

The food didn't disappoint as well! We were lucky to be there during happy hour and get all our dishes at RM10 per person.

Also love the ambience of this shop. Very well decorated and kept clean.

Only downside to being at this place was the bugs while sitting outside section under the light.

Been there few days ago. Food was good for me. Price is reasonable. Environment is ok. But, there is no music. You should put some music like acoustic and jazz.

Had a decent dinner here. The food looks tempting and food you got same as the menu shows. The portion quit big! Feeling full. Overall nice and good place.

Turned up, asked for chicken chop as it’s safe. Was told that they only had spit roast chicken and rice left so I had that. It was delicious! Price was 13RM and I had iced tea. Would recommend. English speaking.

The portion served is really big and it tastes good with a reasonable price. Their cakes are really delicious. Their CI cake is comparable to secret recipe's. Worth to dine here.

This is a very good place for dating... Very peaceful environment, good foods, good music, and very big portion of good foods with affordable price.. Strongly recommend (visited 3 times throughout the year)

nice cafe.the food also delicious.when u come here u should try their burn cheese cake.so delicious but the price is quite expensive rm15.00 per slice.overall i love it.

Hipsters Cafe, nice location near tambun water park. The food are great and the price reasonable.

It's a good place to have your dinner. The menu covers many different cuisine to choose from. I had the grilled chicken chop and it taste creamy and looks great for snaping pics. Will bring my friends here next time. Enjoy!

Good buffet for a team member party in ramadan. Cosy place. Best desert in town for me! The water/juice in buffet maybe add more variety for the non juice drinker. Overall. Good place to hanging out with friends and family.

Should try, you can eat indoor or outdoor..

Delicious food and peaceful environment.

Good food. Got happy hour everyday from 6pm-8pm. Meal only rm10. Very worth the money as the serving size quite big.

Their carbonara and chicken popcorn is very delicious and should try dish when visit here
