Easy to find with nearby market and restaurant available. Give a lot of backpackers easier to stay before climbing mount kinabalu. 😁

Friendly and very helpful host. Room was decent. Water heater available. Package includes dinner and breakfast. Very near to Kinabalu Park, which is useful if you plan to go there.

Room is clear and big. Since it has a small shop and restaurant, it is very cheap and convenient to live here. Food is good. Has a very good view for dining. Good for birds and squirrels observation since it plant many flower surrounding the dining area.

Stay in the dorm room.
PRO:
room fare very cheap. there's hot water available in the shower room. the bed quite cosy.
free internet. the line is quite good.
friendly staff (very helpful too)
CON:
the toilet & shower room in the same room. wish it was separated since its a dorm with a lot of people.
lighting a bit dim.

the outside toilet (next to the restaurant) need improvement. water pressure was low

The staff very friendly & helpful on provide infor & give entertain by shared their experience. Thank you offer me to stay for awhile & provide warmer place since it's heavy rain after I'm check out. Will come back stay there. For those goin to climb Mount Kinabalu, I recommend this place very suitable to stay before or after the Climb Since its really near to the Kinabalu Park. Reasonable price & friendly staff.

Basic stay for a very good price, very nice staff especially Ulie... , the view is amazing also a lot of birds. It's close to the entrance of Kinabalu park.. They also serve food and all kind of snacks. If you need clothing or other kind of gear they sell it... You can pay with creditcard when the invoice exceed 50 MYR

Overall EXCELLENT... Friendly staff, clean, cheap room rates and good wifi reception. Besides the accommodation, the food is fantastic with variety local dishes but a bit pricey for us locals (Malaysian), hopefully can be revised bcoz i will definitely come here again. Thanks

Love, love, love this place! Beautiful views, the staff are super friendly, and they have a couple of dogs and cats which is cool.

One dog is called Black, he may seem rather aggressive at first but show him some love and you'll see he's really a big softie and just misunderstood :)

I had a wonderful two night stay at D'Villa. The staff is just so friendly and warm. I was lucky enough to meet Wilson the owner and his two lovely twins; he gave me some helpful tips about the area. The views are beautiful and it's just a stone's throw away from the park entrance. The included breakfast was good for the price. I stayed in the dorm room which was very basic but reflected the price. They have some snacks and handy items for sale if you're climbing the mountain and forgot something. WiFi worked well. It's school holidays now so the hot springs are very crowded fyi. Could use some soap in the bathrooms but other than that no complaints. I would stay again!

Good place to stay especially for the climbers . Amazing view , friendly staffs good food , free wifi . More than okay .

The place is small & comfy..staffs hospitality is excellent and will come again if staying here in Kundasang.. Tq Wilson & King..

Staying here with my climbers friend.. just nice to stay, what matter most is there is HOT WATER/SHOWER 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤭🤭

One of the good food in Kundasang~ Don't go to KFC anymore, come here and look for home-cooked dishes to complete your trip in kundasang~

Reasonable prices, have hot water but no towels but it's ok, 😅

Good place to stay and make a day trip to Kinabalu park or climb all the way.
