I have not been here for 3 years. Today I met a very helpful counter staff who assisted me (a senior citizen) on card activation and bank transfer. She came out of the counter to-n-from the ATM machine to work with me. Cheers and thanks to Che Hiza.

Worst since ages.years ago been there for western union..nd today again..same just one sentence .. sorry system is down.. better then don't put western union sign .. disgusting.is.t bank or sundry shop? Won't go again n never..Am bank.soon you will close ya.. bye bye

To Ambank Tanjung Bungah Management, on 8/1/2024 around 3pm counter 5, your staff is very rude and using 'dog eye' to look on me! 一开始一直强调我只有1k 哪个FD rate就是那么低，说我来也没有用！ 过后我直接喊她说我是来place fresh fund FD! 过后态度就360度改变！ 请问你们是这样让员工对待客人的嘛？！ 态度改变也是因为要我按satisfied 还是disatisfied! 很明显她是要我按satisfied! 按了过后态度又变回原本那样！ 顾客不是永远都是对的但是你员工这样对待顾客就是错！ 请不要狗眼看人低！
