ONE Spa at Finest Playa Mujeres

I visited One Spa twice during our trip to Finest Playa Mujeres. Once for hydrotherapy (which was okay) and a second time to have my hair and makeup done for our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal. OMG what an experience! Padua did my hair and makeup and I couldn’t have been happier with the job that she did. When she turned my chair and I saw my makeup, it took my breath away. I just couldn’t believe how beautiful I looked and felt. Thank you Padua! I don’t know how you did it but you made my makeup on my 25th wedding anniversary look even better than on my wedding day. I am SO happy that I visited One Spa and incredibly appreciative that Padua worked her magic to make me feel and look so pretty.

Deserves more stars! Relaxing & restorative. Previously we did a couples message and it was wonderful. This time we chose the Tonalli Couples Ritual. 100 glorious minutes. This includes a luxurious message but also includes a local ritual. We would absolutely do this again on another visit and highly recommend the experience. Thank you NALLELY for recommending & explaining what it was. MARIA & NORMA were the best! Beautiful experience & sharing of your local custom. Hint: Mescal is a cooling & restorative agent when applied to the skin.

My wife and I came for a couple's massage. They were quite nice massages: relaxing and soothing. The ambiance of the spa overall was great. Everyone was professional and kind and welcoming. Quite nice overall! Special thanks to Maria and Chema, our two masseuses for our couples massages. They were great!

This spa treatment had me mesmerized when left there. The entire staff are so kind and accommodating. I love the aromatherapy and I cannot say enough about the hydrotherapy too. The massage is the icing on the cake. BRAVO 👏 to Leidy,Rachel

This is a beautiful and spotless spa. I had a wonderful massage by Padua. She is warm and very sincere. I could tell you was very strong and could really dig in if you wanted it. Honestly one of the better messages I’ve gotten. Kharoll, my host, brought me some water and put me in a bed that rocked me like a baby. I’m a fan! I would very happily come back here.

My fiance and I didn't really know what we were expecting ... but it wasn't this! This spa is SO unbelievably beautiful, both outside and inside the rooms. The place was exceptionally clean and they even made us take a shower before our massage! (very thorough)

Alondra gave my fiance his massage and another woman (I forgot her name and im upset because I wanted to shout her out) gave me a prenatal massage. Both were amazing! They walk you through the entire process and just the smells and ambiance are enough to make you feel like you're already relaxed.

We would definitely book a massage here again!

Aseneth greeted us and tool us through Aqua Therapy experience. Omg! I highly recommend it! She guided us along this water journey that made our bodies feel amazing. Then we had a Two Souls Couples Massage. Alondra & Magdalena were our couple massage therapist! They were excellent! From start to finish personal, professional the massage techniques made our bodies feel rejuvenated. I highly recommend onespa to anyone but especially couples looking for the perfect romantic and wellness experience.

The actual physical appearance of the hydro area is so beautiful it definitely created a relaxing ambiance. We had the hydrotherapy experience and Getsy was our host. She was wonderful, she guided us through the experience with enthusiasm and so much care. She made us feel very relaxed and explained the different steps of the hydrotherapy and their benefits. In addition to the spa being so lovely, Getsy would definitely be a reason to enjoy another treatment at the spa.

4th visit to The Finest last week and we always do the hyrdotherapy. What a treat!You're taken thru dry and wet saunas, special showers with aromatherapy, hot water & cold water pools, pools with jets for each part of your body and all followed by a mini head & shoulders massage. HEAVEN!!!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed a couples Thai Massage! The service and treatment was beyond 5 stars!!! Beautiful and relaxing experience! THANK YOU!

Aseneth took great care of us. She was extremely nice and everything in great detail. Everything was very clean as well. Best spa experience nice ever had, highly recommend.
