The hotel services and entertainment were top notch. My kids always had something fun to do everyday. The entertainment crew took good care of us, Eduardo, Dante, Guillermo were all very polite, helpful and fun around the pool for all the activities. The amenities were fantastic and the food as well.

Our stay has been a dream. We definitely enjoyed the bar by the pool. The beach was amazing. We also enjoyed Eduardo’s De Animación company, he was very friendly and knowledge. He made our stay very enjoyable. We will absolutely be coming back.

Exceeded expectations. We spent a week here for a wedding and everything about Grand Palladium was terrific. The service, the staff, and the food was unreal. We especially loved the service from Maria and Israel at Fizz bar and the staff at the la Adelita. The cook Elmer, the servers Fernanda & Martin were all top notch. Highly recommend this terrific resort.

Visited for anniversary. Each and every member of the staff worked hard to make sure we had the best time here. All the chefs took amazing care of the dietary needs. No issues making reservations at restaurants.

The service is so great , this is our second time coming. Ricardo, Hugo, & Mario were so great and accommodating at the pool side bar ( and great great personalities). Eduardo de la Cruz with the paddle board event was fantastic, great instruction, friendly and funny. I enjoy the staff very much.

An amazing all inclusive resort. The staff deliver 10 star service and the convenience of the all inclusive resort makes your stay unbelievably relaxing. I do wish dinner reservations could be made later instead of 3:30 as that’s a bit inconvenient.

Not sure where the bad reviews come from. I just recently got married here and had 86 guests approximately.

The food was incredible. Much better than other resorts most of our guests have been to. We did not have any issues at all other than some issues with the check in process/check out process. I’d say they need to reevaluate one of their staff members at front desk as they were extremely rude to guests. Other than her, everything else went great!!

The resort is so modern and clean. It is stunning! We loved every minute of it. The spa is also great.

One thing that could be better is the golf cart situation. It is not easy getting a golf cart & the resort is huge. More frequent carts especially during rainy days will be extremely beneficial. Also, wedding groups should have multiple carts assigned to them to avoid people being late. I was late to my own welcome party because got caught in the rain and took us 45 minutes to get a cart.

We would definitely come back though regardless :)

We stayed for one week here and it was the most relaxing family trip I ever had. We are a couple with two kids, and we are so grateful for the Kids Club that was available to us. They were always so nice, warm and welcoming everyday when we would drop off our kids; thanks to Sara, Erika, Nicole, Diana, Vanessa, Reyna, Madaí and Ivonne. They had so many different daily activities for them daily, and it was never the same. Our kids really really loved it there.

The food, the service, the staff, pretty much everything was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough, I still think about it everyday!!

Danny was super knowledgeable and helpful during our amazing paddle boarding experience! He helped keep myself and my 4 year old safe and my daughter even stood up and proclaimed that she loved it! Danny did an amazing job encouraging everyone and keeping everyone safe! Super helpful and an amazing time! We are actually about to go out again, since my daughter said she wants to be a paddle boarder when she grows up! Thank you, Danny!!!

This is our second time visiting this resort. We had a blast again! What made us come back was the entertainment staff , the rooms , the beach , the activities . I loved how they had scheduled activities all day. My kids had a blast. Thank you to the entertainment team who made this trip so fun! I really enjoyed the pool biking and water workouts the art class , and cooking class my kids loved the water volley ball and ping pong . Thank you to Chloe, Danny, Sebastian, Dante, Irving , Daniella you guys were so fun to hang out with this week! I loved all the activities we had together I wish you all the best!

Fantastic experience! Food was really nice and fresh, perfect portions too. It was such a creative and playful way to enjoy a delicious 5 course dinner. It was my favorite out of the 4 restaurants I have been to at the resort. Iker gave the most warm and efficient service.

The resort is great, but I need to talk about La Adelita, the on-site Mexican restaurant. It was fabulous. I had a Beef Tampiqueña as my main course, and it was served on a bed of corn and roasted cactus , drizzled in dark mole sauce. Absolutely exceptional.

Adelita restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience for us, especially considering our vegetarian dietary preferences. From the moment we were greeted by Battazar, our waiter, to the personalized attention from Chef Elmer, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The menu showcased a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, expertly crafted to accommodate our vegetarian requirements without compromising on flavor or quality. Chef Elmer's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction truly stood out, as he took the time to come out and ensure that our needs were met. Overall, Adelita restaurant not only satisfied our hunger but also left us feeling appreciated and well taken care of. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a delightful Mexican culinary experience.

I’ve stayed in different all inclusive in Cancun and surroundings, and this is by far the best! You have boat-shuttle service in the river of the hotel, the food is amazing from every restaurant and the best buffet I’ve eaten. We had a lesson of archery and got a hand made bracelet too! Activities every day at every hour, you will never get bored. Our waiter in the pool Daniel and the activity manager Dante were super friendly and attentive. We’ll come back next year for sure!

Excellent resort. Great service, such kind staff and good food. Dante, Danny Boy and Guillermo from the entertainment staff are amazing!! Their enthusiasm is contagious and they have great energy!
Raymond Flow is fantastic! And can’t forget Isabel from the pool - serves the best drinks!!!! Miguel and Pedro from the nest bar are also amazing!!

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, sweet beach view, super friendly staff. Danny was fantastic at the archery activity. The tennis courts were well maintained too.

Great resort! Visited twice within 5 months. If you can get a suite it was the cherry on top. BEST food from any resort we have visited!!! All the food was great. My husband does not usually eat Indian food but Chef Basant made amazing Indian food it ended up being our favorite dinner. Gil made the experience even better with his great service.

Wonderful vacation, we're already looking forward to coming back. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent food options, we never had to wait (work w your assigned butler to book dinner as most tables were occupied within an hour from opening). Get the app, it's really helpful. Angel at la adelita is the best, he arranged a surprise when he found out we were having our last dinner before leaving the next day.

The resort has some super fun activities. We did a tequila tasting with Juan, Dante, and Edwardo. They were so entertaining and enthusiastic. Juan was the one of the nicest bartenders I ever met, and Dante and Edwardo are so welcoming. They made our vacation 10x better!

The atmosphere, the food and the people make this resort number one in our books. ❤ sumptori has the best food and the best staff. The manager Jahaziel always made sure that we were enjoying our meals. Our waiter Fernando was very good and our food came out quite fast. Jorge was busy making special sushi for our table and it was so delicious. Highly recommend.
