Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres

My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and we had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived to the day we left, we received the absolute best service! This resort has truly thought of everything, from the littlest details to the larger ones, they have done everything they possibly could to ensure you have the best vacation. The variety and selection of food options was impressive, and the quality and taste of the food was great! - better than any other resort I have stayed at. The beach was well maintained, and the water was gorgeous! They had fun entertainment every night and plenty of fun activities throughout the day as well. We enjoyed a day at the spa, and it was incredible! One of the most unique spas I have been to, and it had so much to offer! For our room, we stayed in the private balcony pool suite and loved every second of it. It was such a rare and fun experience, and we will definitely come back and choose the same room again. We cannot recommend this resort higher! You will not be disappointed!

Best vacation ever. Stayed two weeks. Gorgeous resort. The whole place was spotless, very safe, every staff member was really friendly and the food(with a couple of exceptions) was excellent. The pool was a no-diving walking type…perfect for talking while cooling off. The entertainment was great (but a bit too loud) and the two special nights (Mexican Night and Light Night were unbelievably awesome! Our room was perfect with everything we could want and more. I highly recommended this fabulous resort.

Excellent overall experience. Great rooms and great service. If you are looking to stay inside the resort, this is the place for you. The food is great at the various restaurants, plenty of bars serving great drinks. Staff is very nice. Overall would recommend for solos, couples, families and groups. If you are looking to go out though, the location can be a slight downside.

Oh my goodness, my husband and I just had the most amazing time at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach and top-notch facilities. The staff, like Ana the wedding photographer, Edgar the bartender, and Maria the wedding coordinator, were all so friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Ana captured the most beautiful moments of our wedding, Edgar knew our names and served up the tastiest drinks with a smile, and Maria ensured that every detail of our wedding was perfect. The food, oh my goodness, it was sooo delicious! From the mouthwatering dishes at the buffet to the gourmet options at the specialty restaurants, my taste buds were in paradise. Plus, the entertainment team kept us entertained with fun activities and shows throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough! It's the perfect spot for a dreamy vacation and destination wedding.

This most spectacular place ! Exquisite resort! Everything was wonderful! Alejandro at the front desk was good to us… checked us in, clear instructions about the resort and gave helpful tips. Our butler Henry was on point and the maid Cindy made sure our room was clean everyday which made our stay more comfortable. She organized and laid out all my jewelry and clothing.. made me feel super comfortable to leave out my belongings knowing it’s safe. The server around the pool his name is Angel surprised us with some sand art on a towel for our anniversary.. made by Abraham! Gracia per todo! Servers in the buffet area Tomas, Jonathan and manager Javier were all phenomenal with VIP service. The spa was unforgettable thanks to Mercedes and Leslie. Room service food was delicious!! The shows at night by the beach were amazing! Everyone was friendly, spoke clear English and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for everything and making our stay spectacular!! We will be returning!!

I had the most incredible experience at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres during my stay in October 2023. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and treated like royalty throughout my entire stay. The resort truly felt like paradise, with its stunning beachfront location and lush surroundings. My room was nothing short of spectacular, offering luxurious amenities and breathtaking views that made me feel pampered and relaxed. Every aspect of the resort exceeded my expectations - from the exquisite dining options to the impeccable service provided by the staff. I cannot praise Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres enough for providing me with an unforgettable vacation experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Mexico.

Amazing place !!! Rebe from entertaining staff was amazing very engaging. We had a wonderful time at the White party. All the bartenders are excellent. Amazing resort very luxurious rooms are great but highly recommended. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

We had a great vacation at this resort it was so relaxing and the service was top notch! Our butler Juan was fantastic. I wish I could remember the names of the two bartenders one at the piano bar and the other at the main lobby were fun and quick to get you a drink and offer you a new exciting drinks.

Excellent 1st experience at Majestic. We stayed last 4 days at the club 18+ and enjoyed it. Although we didn't use it besides for one restaurant reservation, it was nice to know we had a butler waiting for us to call if we had any issues.
Check-in process was quick and easy. Same with check-out.
Our room was very spacious, nicely decorated and had a jacuzzi on the balcony, which we used daily. Always good to have Chromecast connectivity which I used to broadcast a concert.
The food was great, both buffets, Kabuki and French restaurants. The steakhouse, not so much. Meat was average I'd say.
The beach and pool areas all had many bars which had quality liquors, very friendly staff and very fast (hotel wasn't packed though).
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
One thing that was not as good as Dreams (which we used twice recently) was the communication of the daily events/entertainment. It wasn't published anywhere besides on touchscreen at the lobby and we didn't see or had any staff member come around to tell us for us to know and join. I just happened to be by the pool and saw it.

Outstanding resort!! We brought our daughter for spring break and couldn’t be happier we did! Felipe was our butler and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him! He did fantastic everyday making sure we were happy and had everything we wanted! And Rayli “Ray” gave us awesome service everyday at the pool!! The food is some of the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had! Gabriel at the French restaurant was phenomenal! Hugo at breakfast and lunch made our day. The rooms are super spacious and comfy beds! Very clean! Which I’m super picky about. The grounds are immaculate. We stayed in the ocean front club level and the sunrises were the best! Will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend!

We booked the elegance club for adults only. I was disappointed that when we arrived we didn't get the warm towel or welcome drink. They also had us stand in the normal check out line instead of the elegance club the we paid for. Once we finally got in everything else was fantastic. Beautiful resort, beautiful rooms, deep blue ocean, clean white sand, the most beautiful spa I've ever seen, and the best food if any resort I've been to. The first impression such in the back of my mind, but I really enjoyed everything else about this place.

My husband and I have been traveling to Mexico around January or February time frame since 2016 and this hotel is by far the best.

We were greeted upon arrive with cool towels and a refreshing cocktail. The room was beautiful and our roof top patios was breath taking. The perfect place for a couples get away.

The food was great and the service was always great no matter where you dined. We had a couple different waiters for breakfast but Amir was our favorite. He was always so kind and welcomed us like we were dining in his home.

We spent our days at the pool. Victor and Gerardo were the activity directors during our stay and created such a fun pool environment. Victor also was the best aquatics instructor in the AM.

The property was absolutely stunning and the housekeeping staff were always so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was fun and exciting, yet calming and relaxing all in one. I would recommend. My husband and I will be back.

My experience at this resort was absolutely fantastic! The Food Concierges, Sebastian and Joy provided incredible service, ensuring my friends with food allergies could eat safely and also enjoy a variety of excellent dishes (often made fresh to order). The food at the resort was absolutely delicious. The facilities including the grounds, the resort, the rooms, and the beach were clean, and service was wonderful. I would definitely visit again.

We are about the leave the resort after spending 5 wonderful days here. We had a fantastic experience! 2 people who really made my time here unforgettable were our butler, Felipe. Felipe went above and beyond to make our stay special! He made sure every think was perfect several times a day! Felipe was very attentive! Secondly our adult pool bar server Rayli or to those of us that had the pleasure to meet him, and get to know him,he was simply “Ray”. Ray was always smiling and watching out to make sure we had the best time at the adult pool! The resort was beautiful and the food was exquisite. We can’t wait to cross paths again soon. Since we got here we knew this is where we belong. Our butler Marimar has been absolutely amazing and has made our first stay at this resort nothing but special ♥. My husband and I can’t wait to return! Our room is out of this world, food is fantastic. We wanted a relaxing trip and got exactly what we came for. The staff here is super nice and really make you feel at home. Thank you ☺

We had a fantastic November week at this resort. We were celebrating our anniversary and booked elegance club. Loungers, cabanas, etc were plentiful and we never had difficulties finding a spot (and we moved multiple times each day).
Our room was spacious and clean. Excellent service from staff all around. Our butler even decorated our room for our anniversary.
We enjoyed the specialty dining each evening, but our favourites were the Mar House lunch buffet and the Bistro for breakfast.
Beach area was clean and beautiful. It was quite windy the week we were there which made for a rougher surf, but we still were in the ocean daily.

We had has so much fun at the white party at majestic elegance in costa Mujeres with Rebeca and Estrella. Loved the food and the show. The fire dancers and Maya show was my favorite. Would 100% recommend to visit. We love all the staff they are so accommodating VICTOR was especially nice

Majestic Elegance fulfilled its name brilliantly. I was so impressed with the overall layout of the hotel complex. It felt spacious and high quality and the staff were always helpful.
The choice of restaurants was great with quick bites and buffet through to fine dining. All restaurants provided great food and an enjoyable dining experience. We particularly liked the Mexican restaurant. At lunchtime, the beach side burger stand provided a brilliantly tasty burger which was much better than we were expecting. We had room service once, the food was good but did take a long time to arrive, to be fair the staff did say the ETA was 1 hour 15 and they were correct.
The rooms were very well equipped and the bed was immediately comfortable. AC was very effective. The balcony pointed out to the coast. Corridors were spacious and the design all pointed towards the sea.
The beach was amazing. Beautiful sand, comfortable beds, the sea was refreshing. It pays to arrive early as the best locations are taken quickly. Armed police patrol regularly which was comforting and disconcerting in equal measure.
The beach volleyball court was hosted well by the entertainment staff. I would have appreciated them enforcing the publicised 18+ age band for the games as quite a few very young kids who were allowed to play and consequently the rallies died immediately. However nice to see families enjoying themselves. The staff were engaged and humorous.
Highly recommend the whole resort, we had a fabulous week in Mexican paradise

It was a wonderful vacation. Everyone were very nice to us, very accommodating. Alex - bell boy(man) was top notch. Food was delicious, their steaks were the best I ever tried. Beach is clean, pools are clean. Thank you very very much.

The only thing I would improve is add more towels for pool, but it didn’t affect our stay one bit.

First time there and loved it. Hotel was right on the beach and has easy access. Very courteous from arrival to departure. Servers went above and beyond to meet our needs and provide suggestions, which was a plus.

We didn't use the kids or teen areas (just my wife and I), but we were really impressed but the activities they had available for them. It's not just a drop off, but they had planned events throughout the day (e.g. horseback riding, bracelet making, etc) so the kids could come and go as needed.

Lots of restaurants but only a few are open during breakfast and lunch, even still we never had to wait for a table. Some require a reservation so do that early in your stay if you want to go to those.

Beach was clean and had kayaking and paddle boarding available for free. That was a great activity.

Would definitely stay here again!
