Amazing vacation!!

I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and 3 year old. It was an amazing stay from start to finish! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-kept.

We ate at each of the restaurants on site. The food was amazing and the staff were very polite and friendly.

The pool and splash pad were great. My daughter loved playing in them for hours everyday.

We will be returning for sure!

My family enjoyed our stay at Estudio Playa Mujeres. What made my stay enjoyable is the service of the staff. There were a couple of mishaps (those happen), it's what the staff did AFTER the mishaps that made a difference. They went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a great stay. The only "complaint" is the food choices were limited for the adults on the family side. There are things my family would have loved to eat on the adult side, that was not available to them on the family side. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention my children LOVED Doodle Camp? I dropped them off on 12/26 thinking I would need to pick them early. Instead they surprised me and begged to stay for the rest of the day.

This is a perfect place for family! Anyone who says the staff is not friendly is clearly crazy. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Even as the kids walk around the staff from doodle camp make sure they feel welcomed and are having fun. The kids activities are really engaging and my kids loved it. The security around playa mujeres and the resort is very tight and you feel super safe. With the cleanest private beaches and you don't have to worry about leaving your stuff while enjoying the water or activities. As soon as we arrived the check-in process was the best I have seen, greeted us with champagne and virgin daiquiris for the kids, they had us check-in in less then 3 minutes and was hassle free. We arrived very early so the room was not yet available but they welcome us to use the facilities and restaurants while we wait. The kids jumped right into the pool while the I had a drink at the lobby bar. I am a techie and the tech they have here is by far the best I have seen in a hotel. Super high speed internet, access points in every suite and throughout the resort, I don't think there was one place I had poor wifi signal. 4k hdr TV's powered by crestron, and a phenomenal mobile app that has maps, restaurant info, room service activities, e-concierge etc. I normally avoid all inclusive because food tends to be mediocre but I have no complaints at all with food quality. The 24/7 service is great and we all loved the Azucar cafe for amazing coffee and sweet treats thought the day. It is disappointing that the better restaurants are on the adults side and kids are not allowed there making you feel like your options are somewhat limited but in reality with the kids we had everything we needed. The rooms are insanely spacious and luxurious. We did not opt for an inspira suite, the extra pool did not seem worth the extra cost, and glad we saved the money. Don't get me wrong, we did a tour of all the inspira suites on the adult side and they go the extra mile in luxury, but even the base suites are gorgeous, spacious, modern and luxurious. I'll tell you this, on the adults side there is definitely a status thing when you get inspira room as you are identified by a wooden bracelet instead of a rope one (this is the key to your room), and even the staff on the adult acknowledged this. I was walking around the adult side and they talked me into looking at their membership, at the end it was not worth it because to pay that price and not be able to bring my kids was pointless. They kept telling me unfortunately the estudio side (family) was full and had no memberships available.. well I found out later it was a complete lie (they were at 40% capacity), and for that I have lost my trust in the membership team and will not even do the estudio membership since they can't be trusted. Other then that I will 100% come back at least one or twice a year.

We honestly enjoyed our stay and probably overall the best experience we had compare to several other resorts we stayed at costa mujeres. My kids (6&4) LOVED doodle camp & their programs. We enjoyed our swim up room, food(estudio side & atelier), and all other services(too many pros).

I do want to mention few things that i saw resort could use for improvements & which would've made our trip perfect
1) TRANSPORTATION from and to. We were set up with bluetripper that was arranged by the resort. Upon arrival at the airport, our family had to wait 40 minutes to get on the van. Upon departure, the driver almost dropped us off at a wrong terminal and expected to us unload our luggage ourselves.(as he was saying bye and letting us know this was our terminal, he just stayed in his seat) As we we were trying to get off and still tipped him inside the van, he said what airline again? And after we answered, he said oh this is wrong terminal and dropped us off at the right terminal and unloaded our luggage this time. It was not a sincere mistake which now i think about it, it is scary. I wish resort can use more reliable company for transportation for their guests.
2) bed was not as comfortable as we expected.

Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay.

We were too😍😘💕🤪. Spring Break 2022. (March 14 - March 18) My oldest was turning 16 and we wanted something mellow but memorable. My hubby found this All Inclusive resort .. a hidden gem and I can tell you it was everything we hoped it will be🙏❤

The atmosphere from arrival to departure was very friendly, carefree and stress-free. The goal of each staff member is to ensure your stay is so memorable, you have nothing bad to say… and they delivered on that. Our personal concierge Adrianna 😍 ( that is how she describes her role ) made sure everything we needed was taken care of . Covid tests, SPA, Hydrotherapy treatments were all booked for us .. all we had to do was show up. Laura, Saul and Astrid the front desk staff ..Omg.. I can count how many times My family needed something and each time one of them delivered.
In this Covid season Estudio staff took it to the next level. Once customer bags are delivered to the resort, it is sprayed down to ensure no germs are transferred to your room- Javier made that happen. He also ensured our bags will be picked up from our room on our last day. Between him and Mauricio fear not … all is well.

Now the room…. Hmmmmmmm this is by far the most exquisite room I have been in. It is definitely a home away from home. The massive bathroom with a tub and shower option provided enough choices after a warm day outside. The fridge was stuffed with snacks and drinks to last a lifetime.

Y’all there is room service, at no extra charge should you desire to spend all day in the room.

And now on to the all inclusive food and drinks … I tried a lot of drinks … I can’t begin to remember all the concoctions I tried … I promise there were no watered down version of anything ordered and it kept coming. Ivan was to blame for most of our drinks. He kept them coming
Food mostly A la carte except for 1 restaurant. Variations of seafood meals .. from Lobster, Octopus, shrimp, Japanese, massive breakfast buffet options, Mediterranean… we did not get to try all the meals on the resort in the 4 nights we were there however I can tell you everything we got to eat was amazing. Let me take a moment to thank the restaurant staff for a wonderful stay. I hope I can remember everyone who showed us love. Jesus (Breakfast Buffet) , Allison, Aradnia, Stephanie all led by their superb manager Joshue. ( Massive thanks to Joshue who organized my 16 year olds special birthday celebration so the day was not ordinary. ) Joshue was every where we ate and until I realized he was the overall restaurant manager, I wondered if he ever took days off. He made our restaurant experiences amazing.

It will be remiss of me to leave our Jahir. This amazing young man was at the snack/coffee /ice cream stand . There was not a day you would see Jahir without a smile. He loves making his customers feel special with the different designs eye made with our lattes and drinks. He is so talented he touched me and my son greatly🥰

So like I said, we got to also experience SPA treatment… Hydrotherapy and Massage. —-Angel ( Hubby’s experience) and Carmen and Ingrid (My experience). I tell you these ladies have magical hands 😍. Yani at the front desk of the Spa kept us on time and organized

Friends to be honest, I cannot say enough about the experience and culture at this resort. Each employee serves from the heart. When you look at the pictures, you will notice they great you will hands covering their hearts … that is their sign for care and love.

There are so many names I have left out.. It’s so hard to remember everybody but I can tell you each person had the same attitude. James - thanks for keeping hubby entertained. I somehow always missed seeing you. Julio .. thanks for making our fotoshoot memorable, Bernardo - you tried 🙏 and Joel your phonetics is still driving us bonkers. Hervey always available to help. Gumaro🥰

PS - There is an adult only session known as Atelier .. service there was amazing too.

We've been here twice and are looking forward to our next trip! The service is beyond expectations!
As we were leaving from our last trip, someone extra special got lost right before we left, Hendrix's stuffed bunny Marley. Hendrix and Marley have pretty much been inseperable since Hendrix was born. Hendrix was devastated! We searched and searched for her as long as we could, but we eventually had to give up so that we did not miss our flight.
We contacted Estudio and Susana Ramirez and told them what had happened. Not only did they find Marley, but they shipped her back to Hendrix with a note and photos of her all around the resort!!!!! The note explained how she wanted a longer vacation and she'd been having so much fun. It was unbelievable, Hendrix was so happy!!! I am still in awe of the amazing service, even after we were gone!
I should also mention that I got married here and it was stunningly gorgeous 😍

all these people saying staff arent friendly are the goofiest people bruh, the staff are incredibly caring, if your foods is finished, theyll get it off the table before you even sit up. The rooms are obviously also super cool, the pools and golf course right beside it makes everything more spicy.

I got vacation last week with my children form Estudio Playa Mujeres. It was really amazing!! Quick response, clean, food, facilities and space. Everything was perfect above all the kids club was really wonderful. Also they are very kind, various activities and carefully care of kids. My children want to visit again.
I specially appreciate Doodle team (Jennyfer, Maiana, Alina, Efren, Hilixa, Jorge, Sharon and Amairany).

One of the best places I’ve been . Everything was perfect from people to food and weather… perfect for kids ! You won’t be disappointed, can’t wait to next time !

Decidí festejar mi cumpleanios de 40 en el hotel junto con mi marido y mis hijos y ha sido un viaje soñado... mucho mejor de lo que pude imaginar!
La comida es deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, la atención es inmejorable y las habitaciones y ammenities son amplias y bellezas.
Sobre todo quiero felicitar a: Erick, el chef del restaurant El Suspiro, quien ofrece unos platos deliciosos y se ocupo de brindarme una cena espacial por mi cumpleanios. También al equipo del kids club que brindan actividades super entretenidas para los ninios. Y Erick, de la cafeteria que siempre me atendió con una sonrisa y me preparo los mejores lattes de vainilla!

He venido con mi familia y…. Sencillamente espectacular. Piscinas, playa privada al lado, todo SÚPER limpio, el servicio un 10 en amabilidad y profesionalidad. Las habitaciones amplias, las camas enormes, muy bien climatizadas. La comida es también otra grata sorpresa. Huyen de “buffetazos” y tienes calidad gastronómica en todos los restaurantes… hotel nuevo, cuidado, coqueto y den por hecho que volveremos. Mi enhorabuena a los gestores y al personal tan sumamente agradable.

No busqué más este es el hotel en el que debe hospedarse, fijo todo le sale bien. Calificación 6 sobre 5, 11 sobre 10. Este hotel es genial. Todo funciona a la perfección. La atención es cálida, lo que no tienen o no se puede buscan cómo resolverlo o ayudar. Absolutamente Limpio. Muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general son de lujo. Los restaurantes son de primera, primerísima calidad, la comida allí es deliciosa. Nos hospedamos en la parte familiar, mis hijas fueron muy familiares. Recomendadisimo.

Un hotel de lujo para familias con niños pequeños.

Los cuartos excelentes, camas muy comodas, diseño muy agradable, con todos los servicios, incluyendo minibar, maquina para hacer cafe (de capsulas) y amenidades de primera

La comida es toda gourmet, solo un buffet en el desayuno, el resto es a la carta y muy buena calidad y sabor. No esperen comidas rapidas ni botanas, comida y cena son para disfrutar. Incluso el room service es muy bueno.

El servicio en general es muy bueno en los restaurantes y en la alberca. El unico lugar que no tiene buen servicio, porque lo comparte con su gemelo del hotel Atelier playa mujeres, es el Suspiro, junto a la alberca de la playa. Ahi no hay buen servicio (comprobado tres veces), y no por el personal, es por la falta de personal y atención a ese espacio. El restaurante italiano, los desayunos, el japonés, los bares, y todo lo demás tiene servicio muy bueno.

Albercas: el area de niños pequeños (digo menores de 6 años) pequeña pero excelente para esta edad. Las otras dos albercas pequeñas, pero sin sombra, utiles para la familia y adultos. La playa es pequeña pero agradable para todos, tranquila, poco sargazo, y con columpios.

Actividades para niños: muy buen trabajo del personal animador (Paola) que hizo todos los dias su mejor esfuerzo y divirtió a todas las edades. El club de niños no lo utilizamos.

Adolescentes: olvidenlo. No hay espacios ni actividades, mis hijos son de secundaria y aunque se divirtieron en las albercas, no hay mucho para ellos.

Conclusiones:

Hermoso hotel, con una comida de primera, pero... imposible para familias de hijos adolescentes. Les faltan espacios para ellos, y los que si disfrutan son los adultos y los niños pequeños. Es un hotel que esta demasiado enfocado en su hermano de enseguida (atelier playa mujeres) que es solo para adultos. No volveria con mis hijos, pero si volveria solo con mi esposa al de adultos.

Por empezar, el servicio es inmejorable. TODOS los empleados siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con lo que sea para que tengas una experiencia maravillosa.
Voy a nombrar a algunos de l@s chic@s que nos han atendido estos días.
En el Buffet “La Consentida” nos han atendido Alexis y Bruno como camareros casi siempre, pero tambien estaban Domingo, Sarahi, Hazael, Ruben y Jesus.
Y de hostess Alison.

Y el Capital Jesus. Que tan amablemente nos regalo unos presentes de Mexico para que nos lleváramos a casa.
Tambien tengo que nombrar a los concierges Luis y Gabriel que nos han atendido estupendamente, siempre solucionando problemas y acomodando todo a nuestro gusto y placer.
El hotel en si, es hermosisimo. Tiene una parte para adultos que se llama “Atelier” y “Estudio” que fue donde nos hospedamos nosotros porque fuimos con nuestra bebe de 1 año y solo aceptaban familias en el “Estudio”.
La playa es increíble, con servicio de sombrillas y sillas, y chicos que te servían bebidas y comida.
Realmente nuestra experiencia ha sido espectacular.
No tenemos absolutamente nada malo para decir o para que mejoren.
Si están buscando unas vacaciones relajadas, con personas que te atiendan con un servicio super personal, y que estén dispuestos a darte una experiencia inolvidable; SIN DUDAS este es el lugar perfecto para vos!!
Es muy difícil a veces encontrar lugares all inclusive y que el servicio sea muy bueno o excelente.
Pero este lugar ha superado TODAS las expectativas.
Volveremos, porque uno siempre vuelve a los lugares donde fue mas feliz !!!!

Le pedimos a la gente, que cuando vayan a un all inclusive DEJEN PROPINA !!!
Nos hemos sorprendido de la cantidad de gente que no deja ni $5 dólares.
Estas personas te están atendiendo y viven de eso!! Por favor!!
Ayudemos a que sigan teniendo el increíble servicio que tienen!!!
Si ya pagaste la cantidad de plata que sale hospedarse en hoteles así, no cuesta nada dejar al menos $5 dólares a la persona que con tanta educación, paciencia y cariño te atendió, y ellos lo agradecen mucho!!
Su tiempo tambien vale.

Tuve el placer de visitarlos hace 2 años con toda mi familia , simplemente quedé maravillado con lo grandioso que es Estudio Atelier. Lamentablemente queremos reservar para el próximo año pero no encuentro por ningún lado el numero de reservas para estudio atelier
