I have never experienced such terrible customer service and such a terrible pedicure. We booked a spa pedicure for my husband and I which was supposed to be an hour long. When we came they charged our card before offering any services. $122 for the worst pedicure experience imaginable. They asked no questions, gave no warning or a description of what the procedure would be. We were not even offered a glass of water. We felt like a burden and a complete inconvenience. Our nail technicians had no issue talking about us right in front of us during our pedicure and they acted absolutely unprofessional. They seemed very inconvenienced with our presence. I was completely baffled and speechless that this type of service is provided at a so called 5 star hotel. Our experience lasted half an hour and not the hour we payed for, when we confronted the spa front desk we were met with no resolution, but excuses. I left with my feet looking like they were painted by a toddler, something not even worth $10. The nail polish was blotchy, my skin was painted and no one cared to clean it. No remorse, no resolution. I contacted the hotel front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done, which I know is a blatant lie. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I hope Mara and Karina are better at doing massages than pedicures, but I would recommend skipping a visit here.
