Beloved Playa Mujeres

Our recent stay at the Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with impeccable service that made our vacation truly special. The beach concierge team, particularly Sebastian and Claudia, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were standout elements of our stay.

The hotel's facilities and amenities are top-notch, providing a luxurious and relaxing environment. The beach is pristine, the rooms are beautifully appointed, and the dining options are varied and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request.

However, our experience with the hydrotherapy service left a sour note. We were surprised and disappointed when we were unexpectedly charged $90 for a cup of mud we applied to our bodies during the session. This charge was not communicated to us beforehand, and it felt deceiving and misleading. It was an unfortunate blemish on an otherwise flawless stay. They did however refund out money, apologize and made it right :)

Despite this issue, we highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres for its exceptional service, stunning location, and dedicated staff. With a little more transparency in their spa services, this hotel would be perfect in every way.

Beloved Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations by far. We came here on our honeymoon and had the most beautiful time. The service here cannot be beat. Everyone we met was so kind and excited to help with whatever was needed. Sebastian and Claudia at the beach concierge were so fun and helpful as we spent most of our time laying out and relaxing at the beach. The food is great and there are so many fun activities. We can’t recommend it enough!!

Beach service was fantastic! Denisse, Claudia, Benito, and Alex all take amazing care of you. No pressure, but they are there every time you need something. Hugo at the pool bar is awesome. Food here is probably the best all inclusive we’ve ever had in the 20+ we’ve been to. Incredibly relaxing, super chill, perfect place for you and your partner to unwind. Highly, highly recommended, and please be sure to tip the staff!

Just checked out and we can’t wait to come back! From the moment of arrival to the shuttle door closing was incredible service from everybody. Every single staff member was attentive and helpful, always greeting you with a smile and making sure you’re taken care of. This was our first time at an all inclusive and it lived up to its name ten fold. Our cups were never empty and our bellies always full with all the delicious food.
The beach concierges Sebastian, Claudia, and Denisse were the sweetest people and all the bartenders know how to keep the spirits flowing. This was an extremely relaxing environment(which is what we like) and look forward to making a return soon!

We are loving our time at the Beloved! The service is amazing everywhere. Claudia and Sebastian have been especially kind at the beach concierge. They set out towels for us and Claudia has been helping us learn words in Spanish. The food is amazing! The welcome desk is so helpful! Our room is beautiful. There are activities throughout the day you can partake in and drinks/food brought to you everywhere. Very relaxing. Very romantic. I recommend for foodies and those wanting to relax.

My Wife and I are currently staying here for our honeymoon and are having a wonderful time. We wanted to take a quick moment to acknowledge the great service we are receiving on the beach. Sebastian, Claudia, Fernando, & Benito have been great beach concierges and wait staff. They work so hard through hot days and always make sure our cups & belly’s are filled with beach snacks & drinks. The sun is no joke and we can tell when they’ve been working hard yet we are never left feeling like an inconvenience to any of them.

We loved our time at Beloved. It was our fourth stay at an Excellence resort and it won’t be our last. Beloved is a truly wonderful couples vacation. The resort is beautiful, private, and peaceful. The beach and beach staff are top notch. The food and restaurants and wait staff are all so good. We were well taken care of from the second we arrived. The staff is ALL amazing and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We can’t wait to come back!

We so enjoyed our stay at Beloved. Dennise, Alex and Benito are exceptional staff on the beach and Guadalupe’s taco truck was so delicious at lunch time. Beach side food service and restaurants are also delicious. All the staff goes out of their way to be kind and friendly throughout our stay. It definitely stands out among the other resorts we have stayed at for its privacy and quiet atmosphere.

We will be back!

We're halfway through our stay at the Beloved and it has been a wonderful time. We're already trying to plan our next trip to return! The service at the beach has been excellent thanks to Claudia and Fernando! The concierge and guest experience manager, Cristian, have made sure we are taken care of and have taken extra steps to make our stay feel special. And we can't recommend the spa enough, we booked the Mayan Ritual and it is the best spa experience I have ever had at any of the Excellence Resorts. Our masseuses, Alicia and Griselda, were magicians! Also, do yourself a favor and get a sushi appetizer and cocktail with the evening entertainment! (Don't miss Claudia T or the Reggae group!) I can't recommend the Beloved enough and we cannot wait to come back.

The Beloved is tailored to couples and making sure you have a stay full of romance and connection. This resort is all inclusive and they really mean it. There is very little you will pay for as extra. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. The only “problem” we’ve run into is there is a STRICT dress code for dinner so make sure to pack accordingly

We had the best trip at Beloved Playa Mujeres! The beaches and the resort are so beautiful and everything was so well thought out to ensure guest had the best trip! Special shout out to Benito at our cabana for taking such excellent care of us during our stay and to Guadeloupe for the best tacos in Mexico! Can’t recommend this resort enough!

In fact, we were so impressed by Claudia's exceptional service that we believe her manager should consider promoting her above her peers. Her dedication and genuine personality set her apart, and any business would be fortunate to have her as part of their team.

We can confidently say that our decision to return to Beloved Resort in the future will be largely influenced by our desire to reconnect with Claudia. She made our beach experience truly memorable, and we look forward to seeing her again. Claudia's hospitality exemplifies the epitome of excellent customer service, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Beloved Resort.

Our stay at Beloved has been amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The dining at all the restaurants is top notch. Great food and perfect service. When at the beach you are taken care of so well; drinks non-stop and if you want food brought to you at the beach just ask. Kayaks, SUP and Hobie Cat are included while you are down at the beach if you want some water activity. We have enjoyed our stay at Beloved and will tell all our friends about it when we get home.

We've had a wonderful experience at Beloved. Our beach concierges Sebastian and Denise have been wonderful and helpful, and Alex on beach service has been exceptional. We've stayed in the Casita Suite with Plunge Pool and have had a beautiful view. The food and atmosphere has been fantastic. We've also enjoyed the margarita and mojito classes as well as the live music in the evening. This has truly been a fantastic trip, made even better by all of the staff who have been welcoming, accommodating, and very friendly. I would recommend the resort to anyone.

Beach was the best part! We sat out on the beach for a majority of the time we were here and loved every bit of it. The staff that waited on us was wonderful and very attentive. Denise and Sebastian remembered who we were every time we came back and set us up with a nice spot every time. They constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Antonio was our waiter every day and we loved him! He brought us refills on drinks before we asked for them. Truly the best service we have ever received and we will be coming back again.

Our stay at Beloved was amazing for our honeymoon. Beloved is best described as a luxury boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and does their job with a smile on their face. On the beach Claudia, Fernando and Elvis are awesome. So personable and excellent waiters. Guadeloupe at the taco truck is unbeatable…authentic tacos, need I say more? All in all, we’re already planning our next trip here.

We have had the best time here! The resort is beautiful, and caters to guest experience. Everyone has been awesome. Benito gave the greatest service at the beach. He was quick and had fun banter. Guadalupe at the taco truck is also the best!

The beach concierge Denisse was a really nice person and helped us with everything we need, our waiter Antonio even knew some Portuguese words to help us choose from the menu. Overall a perfect place for relaxing and enjoy your loved one!

The beach service at Beloved is fantastic! Fernando is the absolute best! As long as he is here, I will sit in his section. He is so kind and suggested the best drinks. Drinks and food were always delivered rapidly.
We will be back tomorrow and I’m sure we will be greeted with his infectious smile!

We went to Beloved for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every day at the beach, Alex and Claudia served us so well and were so friendly! The staff always found the perfect time to sneak into our suite to clean while we were out, and the experiences and food included in our package were great.
