Hotel Casa De las Flores

Loved this place. First point of interest is that it's the least noisy place you will find this close to the 5th avenue. Yes there is a bar next door but they only play music on weekends and it was barely a dull hum from the rooms so nothing to keep you awake. The rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable, pillows are good, the inner courtyard is welcoming and the pool is a nice bonus when you don't feel like baking on the beach. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were even allows to check-in at 4am after our flight was delayed. This is where I'm returning next time. :)

Quiet, lovely hotel with a very cute outdoor common area, also in the evening when it gets illuminated. The pool isn’t huge but still big enough, very refreshing. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely clean, daily housekeeping included change of towels. Beach towels are also available in the reception free of charge. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Air-con and wifi worked well. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, at the same time it’s still close to the beach, main bus stop at PDC and Quinta Avenida. I would recommend it to anyone!

It's such a cute hotel. The room was very nice with a very comfy bed. It was very quiet except when there was a band playing until about midnight. The pool is small but great for a dip. SO close to the beach and shops. It doesn't feel close to the strip, which is great to escape from that chaos. I would definitely come back here.

A wonderful little hotel in Playa del Carmen. Easy to walk to many stores and restaurants, quieter than places closer to 5th Ave. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and there is a cute outdoor/pool area. They should add more seating in the pool area but overall a nice place to stay.

Not a big fan of PdC, but loved our stay at Casa de las Flores! Very friendly people, our bus leaves very later in de afternoon and we could use the swimmingpool, bathroom and shower during the day (after checkout). Free drinking water - helps the environment. Thank you very much!

This cozy hotel was home for my fiance and me for a week! Alberto and Jesus are amazing people who work in this hotel, they both are kind and helpful in anything you need! The rooms are great and the swimming pool was fantastic on these hot days to cool off. The location is excellent, close to anything you need! Simply perfect. You will also meet Ambra the beautiful cat!
I will be looking forward to coming back again.

A piece of tranquility and calmness 5-10 mins from chaos of 5th AVE and ADO bus stn. So glad we stayed here, staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely daily breakfast in a Mexican cafe nearby recommended by hotel. The bed room was comfortable and spacious and felt I was in a retreat not a resort. I definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Very clean hotel located near centre. The owner is very helpful and speaks good English. Has a lovely cat called Ambra. Ros have fridge which was great. Swimming pool small but never crowded and great to cool off in. Would stay again.

This is a great little hotel with good value for the price. Had everything I needed since I really just wanted a place to sleep, shower and store my stuff while I was off diving, eating and drinking. Short walk to 5th where most restaurants, bars & shops are, but far enough so not bothered by music from the clubs. Some fun bars just a block away as well. Everything was clean and in good order. I really liked the 'rain' type shower head. Enough pressure to wash and rinse and plenty of hot water. Staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be happy to stay here again in the future, and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice value place to stay in Playa Del Carmen.

The hotel was definitely a beautiful place, truly Mexican style. Has a Frida Kahlo mural by the pool. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again. The location is great. A couple blocks from 5ta (5th Av) where there’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, and artisans selling their handmade products. And it is a couple blocks from the beach as well.

This hotel was adorable! Casa de las Flores was not only an affordable option, but only blocks away from the beach, shops and tons of restaurants. The room was clean, the area was safe, and the staff welcoming. I loved it here, and would gladly return.

For the price we got this place is lovely. Staff was really flexible, knowledgeable, and will do what they van to help you out. I had a great stay here, down 4th or 6th Street you can walk down to the beach or one street over is the main shopping area.

Breakfast is from 7-9:30 AM I believe and while kind of basic, it had everything you'd need. Yogurt, various fruits, milk, cereal, granola, OJ, decent coffee, toaster and bread, butter and spreads, and pan dulce (Mexican pastries). I don't recall any meat or eggs.

Shower was basic with an L-shaped shower curtain separating it from the rest of the bathroom including toilet right next to it, water pressure was good, water was immediately as hot or cold as you'd want, though the showerhead was not adjustable.

Beds are comfortable and simple, we had queen size I believe, they changed out the sheets every day. Make sure you don't go crazy with the thermostat setting as you come in over heated from the day and set it as low as it goes because you'll have up at 3AM and you'd be freezing.

There's a 15 USD charge if you lose a towel, and you can rent a beach towel for 1 USD per day.

The location is really central for a lot of the and activities. If you're thinking of getting a tour I'd recommend walking around and finding some local tour representatives. They can give you much better deals due to the amount of competition around than I could find online. We bundled 2 tours to Isla Mujeres and Holbox for two people for a total of 270 USD, which was nice. You can also bundle in xcaret with transportation, but I just did that seperately online.

As I was saying this place is very Central to Cancun and the riveria Maya, including Xcaret, Xpu-Ha, Tolum, ect. THE way to get around is by collectible/convi (group shuttles) ask the locals where the nearest stop is, but they take you where you want to go for about 30 pesos/person along their route.

The Hotel Casa de las Flores is one of the best options if you don't want to stay in a crowded all inclusive resort. The friendly staff and excellent service make this hotel a perfect choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Thanks a lot to Luna, the friendly receptionist! She was always there for us and hooked us up with cheap tours and reservations for an unforgettable candlelight dinner.

What a cozy and beautiful hotel, it gives you the feeling of being in a small Hacienda. The treatment to the guests it’s incomparable, giving you advices and options to where to go. Extremely helpful.

The pictures the hotel has on booking.com doesn't make justice to what it really looks, I totally loved it, is super pretty, the rooms are like a little village inside, the pool is soooo delicious, the staff very helpful and kind, they clean the rooms very good, safe to leave your stuff drying outside of the room, the room we got is very big and comfortable, i can't think of something better for the price we paid.
