My mother and I visited this clinic while being in Mexico. Both Dr. Alejandra and Dr. Cecilia are incredible! I had a lot of dental work done by them including pretty complicated procedure and all went well. Thank you for being kind, patient, and highly professional. See you again soon. Excellent customer service! I came to Playa Del Carmen on vacation but I also needed some dental work done, so I thought why not take care of it while I’m here. I was a little skeptical but the team at Playa Smiles did an amazing job 🤩. They fixed my cavity in about an hour. Dr. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and efficient and the intake representative Estephanie, was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend this practice. They all work for the best interest of the patient. Thanks again 🫶🏾

Playa Smiles was able to squeeze me in with short notice, and it was the best dental experience I have had. I had Dr Alejandra and she was great. She was thorough, friendly, and provided excellent service. I had a lost filling repaired, a second filling, and a cleaning. The prices were excellent.

I will certainly be returning for a cleaning (and any other work!) The next time I'm in playa del Carmen.

Dr. Figueroa was wonderful to work with. Just went in for a cleaning and general check up but she was incredibly gentle while also achieving the cleaning and stain removal I was after. I'd go back for any future dental procedures.

The most compassionate, professional and friendly care I've ever had at a dentist. The receptionist is amazing too, everyone at this place. If you're in Playa or the surrounding area, this is the place to go for dentistry.

I came to Playa Smile make over to fix my teeth as I as fed up of biting my mouth.

I ended up having 28 crowns and 8 root canals and I am so happy with the result. The Dentists are very professional, and speak both English and Spanish. It’s just as good as any service you would receive in the UK or US. Highly recommend.

Dr Ricardo is so friendly! My daughter broke her bracket while we were on vacation and he fixed it the next day, quickly and inexpensively. Will return for all future dental work. And will be recommending him to all fellow Canadians here on vacation

Our daughter had a serious accident with her front 2 teeth in an amusement ride, and honestly at the time we were lost for words. Luckily, even after closing up shop, the dentists showed up afterhours immediately to help address the issue, and to be honest we couldn’t have been luckier to find these dedicated and skilled dentists. Luckily they prevented what could have been a completely doomed and situation at the time. We appreciate their time, considerations, and effort, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental assistance!

I came to playa to get a lot of overdue dental work done and could not be happier with my choice to trust the professionals at playa smiles!!! What amazing people at this dentist office, from the helpful receptionist to my trustworthy dentista. My inability to speak Spanish in no way affected the quality of my care and I was always comfortable with what was taking place in my mouth.

These people really went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get all my work done in my short time frame here in playa! I will not hesitate to recommend these lovely people to my friends and I will definitely be flying down to see them again!!

Amazing experience. By far 10x better then all the American dentists I've been too. Went in for cleaning and was out within 45 minutes and zero sensitivity pain.

As an expat it can be very difficult to find a medical professional that you trust. After some friend recommendations, google searches, and prompt replies I chose Playa Smiles. The prices are fantastic and the work is excellent. I had to have a 1/2 crown put in and it was done perfectly. It’s a completely new tooth. I also got a cleaning and that was a quick and easy process. She’ll be my dentist moving forward while I live down here!

We were both able to get cleanings and my wife got couple fillings and a wisdom tooth removed on short notice with in a couple days even with it being Easter. Would highly recommend coming here if you need any dental work, the receptionist was super nice and helpful, Dr Alejandra was amazing we will definitely come back if we need dental work done or for a cleaning on our next vacation

I had an accident at the beach that knocked a veneer off my tooth. I walked into the clinic and asked if they could help. I was not going to be in Playa del Carmen long enough to get a new veneer made so they took me in right away and made me a temporary. They did a great job and were very accommodating and kind. As if that wasn’t enough, they helped me by sending a report so I can claim on my insurance in Canada. I feel so grateful! If I lived here, they would be my dentist for sure.

Playa Smiles is amazing!! I broke my temporary bridge while on vacation and Doctor Mendoza was able to cement and bond my temporary bridge so i could enjoy the rest of my vacation! this office is filled with talented and caring staff! I highly recommend them 🙌
