Premium Renta Car

Having rented many cars in Mexico, this was by far the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with. The car was dropped off at my resort fully fuelled and clean. The communication was absolutely amazing and everyone was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone visiting.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and have these guys drop off a clean fully fueled car at your hotel! After arguing with the big car agencies over not wanting to get a car with all these extras and while returning, tiny scratches that were already there - I was done! Premium renta car was super easy to deal with! All the insurance is included in the price. While returning, a quick walk around and since all the scratches were already noted, he said thank you and that was that! Can’t wait for our next trip and my next rental, maybe I’ll get one of the fancy cars next time?

I concur with everything said the in the previous review. The red ford Mustang I hired was an absolute dream and the pick up / drop off service from the airport was excellent. Relaxed, down to earth people, and a great car. It made my holiday !

Los autos están en perfectas condiciones muy bien cuidados. Lo que me gustó fue el trato que brindan, fueron muy atentos y rápidos en responder. Creo que el precio es acorde al tipo de vehículos que ofrecen. Sin duda volveré a rentar.

Estuve en Playa del Carmen esta semana y conocí a Pablo de Premuin Renta Cars. Les quiero agradecer a el y a Johnnie por su atención, cordialidad, predisposición y profesionalismo.
Los autos están impecables y en excelentes condiciones, alquile un Camaro del que quede enamorado y la próxima me llevo el Porsche.
El proceso de alquiler fue rápido, claro y sin sorpresas.

Rent from another company as this team is a scammer. Returned the car and card was charged for my deposit months later. Manager said it was on accident and then ghosted us.

The service is dead. They should stir it off from google maps. No cars, no answers. Just wasting time.

J’ai loué un véhicule au mois de février 2023 quelques jours, 2-3 jours après avoir rendu le véhicule à l’agence je voit que la carte a été débité de la somme de 1628€ qui représente la totalité de la caution, 2 semaines plus tard après avoir contacter l’agence je suis remboursé et le 31 mars 2023 je suis de nouveau prélevé de la somme de 1628€ !! Personne de l’agence ne peut vous renseigner je vous déconseille de louer chez eux !!!!
